Absolutely horrible experience. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional. I brought my brand new car to them to repair some hail damage and it ended up having more damage than when I dropped it off. The owner basically said it was my fault and that they did not cause the additional damage. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not take care of your property. They have shady business practices and only care about taking your money. I have tried multiple times to get a final invoice to see all of the work they preformed on the car so that I can get it all fixed due to the poor quality of work performed and I have yet to receive that documentation. My advice to anyone looking to repair their car is to stay as far away from this place as possible. The owner takes no responsibility or accountability for his work and will tell you it’s your fault for their horrible quality of work.

I would give zero stars if it let me! I took my car in for what was supposed to be a simple job and it turned into a nightmare! Darrin is very rude and unprofessional, I have MANY text to prove it. I paid him just to get my vehicle back, but he ruined my wheels. Do NOT use this business!!!

Extremely professional work! AND he is local. If you need body repair or paint/powder coating you need to call him. Only 2 day turnaround to complete our daughters rims and vehicle badges black/pink. Will be having him do more work for us and our family.

Darren and his guys are awesome! When I reached out to let Darren know about my rim and tire, I let him know that I had been quoted from a local dealer a ridiculous amount for new. Dealer said they couldn't repair it. Darren right away said they could fix it and get me a quote on a new tire. Within 5 minutes had the entire transaction ready to go. I was able to pay over paypal and he even had my tire overnighted and sent someone to get it off of my car the very next day. I got my repaired wheel and new tire back in 24 hours looking FANTASTIC! One of the crew came to put the tire back on also. And Darren had all of this done while he was on vacation. You can't ask for better, more professional service. They do whatever they can to take care of you! Not to mention I've had other work done to other cars by Luxe and have always been complimented on how great they look. Their work is detailed, a great value, and always quick. Luxe customer for life.

The work they performed, repairing a Koning wheel that was dented, was perfect. I was referred to them by Discount Tire in Huntsville, and wasn't disappointed. We also got a look at their powder coating work,, and I've since referred people to them,, as it is very very good.. A bit out of the way location wise, dirt/rocky drive into their area makes for any low vehicles having a hard time getting in and out.

Keith and his crew did an wonderful job painting my stock Kia rims and not only that but they preserved the wheel cap that had the Kia logo which makes it looks so great. Keith was always responding to any questions I had, he told me it would take 24 hours and it was ready the next morning. Even on the day of Independence Day. Will defiantly recommend and have my business for the future! Great work, great guys!

We came in with a tire bent rim in three places. Within an hour, they had it fixed, mounted and balanced. We came back in, and the mechanics were incredibly friendly and chatted with us while they switched it back onto the car. It took them less than five minutes to switch the tires. All in all, everything was super affordable and great quality work. Combined with their friendly staff, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know!
