Stood there for quite a while before anyone offered assistance. Didn't have any standard size used tires in the size I needed in stock either. Customer service is non existent apparently they don't want any new business.

Very rude and unprofessional. They called me a stupid girl and a terrible person before I left!!! I came to get a quote for a tire repair, they gave me a good price and told me to come the next day because they were closing. I come back alone without my dad this time, and they give me an absurd price. When I asked him to please break the price down for me he said no, and put my spare tire back on and told me to leave. I have never gotten such rude service. Do not come here!!!!

Terrible customer services skills the man working was so rude and unprofessional. If he was nicer they would have got the 5$ they tried to charge to put air in my tire.

I noticed a screw in my tire while I was filling up at the gas station across the street, they had it plugged in a few minutes for $20. I'd usually go to Les Schwab but I was far from home and they're closed on Sundays, appreciated the fast service here!

Always looking for extra things to charge you. When you ask them for a honest price they are slow to answer. They are thinking of a big amount to charge you. Poor customer service

Came to get tire plugged. Charged me 15$ to get 3-4 miles away just to notice leak coming from same hole paid to get plug. Took tire to another shop on 356th and pacific just for them to fix there mess up.

DO NOT FREAKING GO HERE. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND MONEY HUNGRY!!! THE FIRST TIME I WENT HERE AND THEY WERE COOL. THE 2ND TIME JUST A FEW MINUTES AGO ME AND I GUY THAT DIDN'T KNOW EACH OTHER WERE TALKING AND HE HAD AFTERMARKET RIMS (PROBABLY 22") . THEY CHARGED HIM 130 BUCKS AND I HAD FACTORY TIRES AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 130 BUCKS AS WELL!! I LEFT THEY TRIED TOO SCAM ME. NEVER AGAIN. I WENT DOWN THE STREET AND THEY CHARGED ME $80 FOR A USED TIRE. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE THEY ARE PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE CROOKS!!!!!!

They were not able to fit 245/60r18 to my car. They don’t have all the tools to get the job done. I went to another tire shop. They were cheaper and faster.

Two gentlemens that worked for closing shift Today were very disrespectful. Paid cash and wouldn't give us a receipt for proof of payment or to validate price was accurate of what they quoted. Only good thing was that they got the job done.

from my experience i would not recommend any one to go for tire services. charged $25 tire repair and got flat within 2 miles went back and bought new tire and last few months

This was great. Thank you Lupitas Tire team for getting front tires swapped out on christmas eve in time for the blizzard. I would never have made it home from work if I hadn't gotten some brand new all season tires put on! Thank you!
