The guys @ the counter were great. I used a coupon, l was treated as if I was paying full price. The atmosphere in the waiting area was comfortable even when they were on the phone. I would highly recommend Luke’s.

When you find a great mechanic you stick with them. I had been going to a major tire retailer nearby for years, but the service and culture has gone downhill. A friend had a great experience with Luke's so I thought I would give them a try. They were professional, courteous, helpful and fun to deal with. Got my wife's car in for an oil change. It was ready when they said it would be. Offered to send an Uber to come get me for free but I was already headed that direction. Since trip #1 worked I took my car in for an oil change. They gave me some items to work on over the next few months but no pressure to get them done immediately. The prices were all fair so I'll pick them off over the next few months. Thanks to the guys at the counter and in the shop! Job well done. And if you are there check out the article on the wall about Luke. Great life story.

Customers BEWARE — Took my 4Runner here for a service quote (remedial work). I ended up declining, as it was 2X what other shops quoted me. Afterwards, Luke’s reported to CARFAX that my vehicle had damage on the front and the roof, without saying anything at all to me !!! Now, I am having to work with CARFAX to correct this falsified damage report. If that doesn’t tell you all you need to know about the integrity of this shop, idk what will.

Had my car go on the fritz right before the holidays. I limped the car into the service lot and Luke's Auto was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle by the following Friday! Luke's honest and diligent service quickly dealt with the issues and I am always so grateful I found their shop! If I could give 100 Stars I would! Money well spent! Thanks gang!

To be honest this place is overpriced. They did fix some issues with my car…. But my car came back with a new light on (Check VSA) that had never been on before. My car would suddenly stop and make a grinding noise in the first minute of driving. It was not doing that before, and I should not have been sent home with a car unsafe to drive. I spent over $200 on the original diagnostics and over 3k to get my car actually fixed (they did some of the issues I had) but I came back those other problems. When I told them the problems with the VSA light and car randomly breaking - they were apologetic but wanted charge me over $100 to run diagnostics on the “Check VSA” light. I took it to another shop who ran the diagnostics for free. It was a light Luke's didn’t turn off when they were fixing my original electrical issues. The car suddenly stopping was because of a leak in the vacuum - not their fault but something they should have noticed when first fixing my car. Thankfully, I got these issues fixed at Cheeseman's without paying additional diagnostic fees. Luke's should not have sent my car back with issues that weren't there before, and if they had I should not have been charged additional diagnostics. They are not bad mechanics, but it is a bad business model that can cause suspicion. You should be able to bring your car immediately back and not be charged for them to look at it again.

For my first experience in a repair shop, I could not have possibly imagined it going better. The instant I walked in the door, I was greeted by the kindest, most understanding people. My car only needed the battery changed, but I have to assume they treat all vehicles with the same care that they treat their customers. I am beyond impressed and very very grateful for the kindness and welcoming environment that I encountered today. A special thank you to Jason, the employee who I had the most direct contact with! I hope he and everyone employed here understands the difference they are making in the world.

My family and I have ALWAYS used Luke's when we first moved to Ohio a year and 1/2 ago from Chicago. Ever since then we've used no other car repair place. But Luke's. My wife met Mr. Luke and had nothing but good things to say about him. I wish I was able to meet with him and tell him my ideas and how we can collaborate on some business, beliefs, etc. Thank you, Luke's Auto

This was my first time at Luke’s Auto and I loved it! Being a young woman I often feel a bit uncomfortable in auto shops but everyone was so nice and the whole process was super easy. We were traveling and picked up a nail. This group took care of us as a walk-in. Turned our car around within an hour. Did a full inspection and provided online pictures and reports. Fantastic customer service. Probably the best service outlet I’ve experienced. I highly recommend them.

We took our 2014 Honda accord in for brakes. Since we were out of town in Columbus. The brakes needed replacement and I did not want to drive home with poor brakes. They also did an oil change. They made some recommendations such as spark plugs and compressor belt replacement. I took it to a auto repair shop near me and we were down 2 quarts. The spark plugs they quoted me at another shop were double the price at Luke's auto repair and when I reviewed the brake repair cost it was double. Check their prices before getting work done there!!!

I totally trust this place. The guys here are honest and hard working, and bend over backwards to give you great service. Also, I love the convenience of their loaner cars, or that they will pay for an Uber to take you to AND from home or work while your car is being worked on. I definitely feel I'm in good hands here.

I stopped by to have them pull a check engine light code. Despite obviously being very busy, I was attended to immediately by a friendly customer service staff and the foreman was out to help me within minutes. I've been doing business w Luke's for a long time. Happy to see them opening stores in different locations. Great people, even better service.

My experience at Luke’s auto was absolutely wonderful. Dare I say a pleasure. After several bad experiences at my dealer, I had become distrustful of the automotive sector. But after just one visit at Luke’s, they erased every automotive/mechanic stereotype I had become wary of. The entire team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure that both you and your vehicle are taken care of. I absolutely plan to be a repeat customer.

Definitely a shop that is worth going to if you want the right stuff done. They have a system where they send you a whole checklist of what needs to be done on your car which is nice. I would say they are 10-15% more expensive than other shops in the Columbus area, but they do not try to upsell unnecessary things. I would rather pay more knowing my vehicle is in good hands. I had a few concerns, first of which was on pickup when I got my car, they had to jump start it after the battery was drained while they were doing the alignment, which was most likely a genuine mistake. They also told me over the phone that my bill would be between 1100 and 1200 dollars. I got to the shop to pay and the screen was showing 1470. I had to remind them what they told me on the phone that they said it would be between 11 and 1200, and they updated the price without an issue. They definitely did the work that they said they did, but there was a few things that added on top of each other that made me just a little uneasy. Other than that, my car drives great and I am happy about my experience. Update: The manager reached out over the phone and talked about a few things to clear up. It shows that then genuinely care.

Luke's Auto is amazing! They have never tried to oversell me and are very open and honest about the work that needs to be completed. During my most recent experience, my vehicle needed welding work done that they could not do in the shop but knew a place nearby that could. Luke's did the work they were able to then scheduled a time to have the additional welding done for me. I didn't have to take my car to two places, Luke's made it happen! Very friendly and thoughtful staff :)
