Cannot say enough good things about this place or the people there. I'm so glad I found this place -- somewhere I can take my car confidently, knowing they'll tell me like it is and not just say what they need to make a buck! Everyone's been great, but shout outs to: Gary, who is always helpful on the phone, and Josh, who simply went above and beyond! I think I found my car shop for life.

This is literally the best repair shop. Not only are they EXTREMELY communicative (calling mid afternoon the morning of getting to let us know they hadn’t gotten to it yet due to extreme temperatures) but continued to remain professional, courteous and went above and beyond to do what they could for our car. Even had a loaner car for us to use at no charge. Overall the best experience I have had at a shop!

Amazing auto shop! As someone that just moved to the area and needed to find a reliable shop for my older car, luke’s always seems to take care of my car in the right ways. All the employees provide exceptional care especially Josh the service manager. Josh carefully explained to me in detail my charges and the reasoning behind them. As a younger customer I feel confident coming to this shop and that I won’t be over charged since they’re honest and reasonable with their prices. Definitely recommend them!

Customer service, and speed of repair for was top notch. Josh truly tried to help out in a pinch - coming home from the hospital with our son, picked up rebar in a tire that couldn’t be repaired. Josh had tires and alignment done next day for me. 🙏🏼

I spent over $300.00 at Buick dealer to fix my car’s injector and they couldn’t do it. Took it to Luke’s and they it running in 2 hrs!!! I will never go anywhere else for repairs. Thanks Josh and the Team!!

if you are looking to work with honest people do not come here, I came a few months ago. they tried to charge me $5000 for repairs (including changing the timing chain at $2600 when others offered me $1300) when the only problem was the engine oil. So they are either incompetent or crooks. However they are very nice and paid uber to drive me home.

I decided to give the new management a chance since they took over… and it didn’t go so well. Poor communication, not being transparent, and just lack of professionalism were some of my issues. I feel like I was really let down, especially when I had to ask what the results of the diagnostic were while I was checking out.

I am very impressed with this business for multiple reasons. As a single woman, I have a real concern about being 'taken to the cleaners' or spoken down to for an assumed lack of know-how in settings like this. My experience at Luke's couldn't have been further from my expectation. As a first-time customer, the staff was patient and kind. Their process was completely transparent. Their (complimentary) inspection and their pricing is all available online after they submit their inspection report, complete with photos and notes, so there's no guesswork in the future what was discussed/quoted. They also specify which work is highest priority as opposed to things you can plan to service in the future. I found I was totally in control of the work I authorized, with no high-pressure tactics. My whole experience was very straight-forward, informative, and helpful. Not to mention, their complimentary Uber rides to/from your location and theirs is...truly above-and-beyond customer service. I'm so relieved to have found a reputable auto repair shop close to home. I'll definitely be back! Thanks to everyone at Luke's!

Not only are the prices fair, the people who work there are amazing. Due to medical issues I ended up needing to keep my car there for nearly a week after they fixed it, they never once seemed annoyed or made it seem like it was a burden. They were kind, understanding, and compassionate when it was needed most. As long as I can help it, this will be the only place I take my car for any repairs.

Update, looked at the oil change recommendation sticker they added. Its for 5000 miles. Full synthetic oil should be 7500-10000 miles. Talk about fast repeat customers! Brought my car in for an oil change. Cost $180. I asked for an oil change and quote on a passenger mirror that was broken. They did a full check (i did not ask for) tried to tell me my suspicion needed fixing (they fixed it 5 months ago and charged me $3500 to fix it). Honesty? Integrity? Rip off. Im sick of there over priced $$$$! I have been going here for 2 years now. Every time they find problems I did not know about or tell me to change/ fix something they/ some else fixed already. TLDR Overpriced Bad record keeping Charge you for work you did not ask them to do Poorly trained staff. I wish i could recommend them, but charging me $180 for an oil change and a mirror quote (no work done it) $180 is not fraud, but no honesty or integrity. Unless you do not value your money, stay clear.

Came in for a second opinion after triple A tried upselling me on a bunch of maintenance, the guys here were super honest, told me i probably wouldnt need any maintenance until atleast my next oil change. I’ll definitely be coming back I appreciate y’all!

Honest people. Short story: I got fooled with a used car. Repairs, pricing, future issues were all very carefully explained to so I could make an informed decision with my money. Not their fault I didn’t do my due diligence, but I feel totally confident in bringing them my future cars. Josh is wonderful to work with and I completely appreciate his honesty. You will too.

I can’t say how thankful I am to have found Luke’s Auto! After a nightmarish experience with work performed by the dealer, Luke’s was able to get everything fixed within budget and saved my car from serious damage. Josh was great and explained everything to me along the way. Highly recommend!

Had an oil change done here. Price was reasonable being that my car was European. Later in the day I realized part of some shielding underneath the car was damaged at some point during the day. I don’t think it had anything to do with this shop, but Luke’s was more than accommodating. They offered to fix the shielding at a 50% discount or I could bring the piece in and they would attach it for free. I decided to do the latter and brought them the piece and they installed it as promised. Really great shop with great customer service.

Luke’s auto is great, starting coming here when it was still Dublin auto but no disappointment. They do an extensive work up on all my issues and communicate well. Super easy system for drop off and pick up as well!

These guys bought Dublin Road Auto Care. While there was some confusion as to Dublin Road Auto Care's commitments to me prior to selling the company (complimentary tire rotations, discounted future work because of some repair history/issues), the guys at Luke's were willing to work with me. Combined with their complimentary Uber service to/from work for drop off appointments, I'm impressed and generally regard their purchase of Dublin Road as an upgrade in service. Will be back.

Very professional did a great job replacing the clutch on my 200k 2010 Acura tsx. Very fast was surprised how quick Luke's auto replaced it as its a big job. 5 stars take your car here they will take care of you and your car.

I had my transmission serviced here a while back and started having issues again. They stand behind their warranty and did a full diagnostic free of charge. They were honest with their recommendations, took pictures of all inspected areas and explained the cause of my issues. The free loaner cars are ideal for my commute and the best deal for oil changes in the area. After trying several shops I highly recommend.

I took my high mileage family car in for a checkup. They gave me a detailed list of potential needed services, including part numbers. I was able to do a few things myself, learning new skills and saving some money. Ended up taking it back in for some suspension work that I didn't feel comfortable doing myself. They do great work and the customer service is top notch. They also sometimes have loaner cars available, which is incredibly convenient.

I wanna start off saying “ Forgive me taken this long to write you guys a GREAT REVIEW. I have brought Both of my cars in my Cadillac and my wife Honda CR V last week. You guys did a FANTASTIC JOB ON BOTH CARS. When you guys had my Cadillac for a day. You guys made sure me and my wife got to work on them days. At the time that’s all we had. Josh my brother from another mother. You been a blessing to me and my wife. You never let me pay for things that could wait on my car that I didn’t have to get fixed then and there.
