Luis' Tire Service was a 5-star experience upon my last visit. The team was quick to address my concerns and handled my needs with care and a sense of urgency to get me back on the road. They also took the time to show me where the problem was, how they were going to fix it, and also provided me with insight to what might need to be addressed in the future. Just wanted to share about my experience; I came into have a tire fixed. I had a flat with a temp fix and they patched it up for me. The service was fantastic and They have a lovely waiting area with coffee and drinks, very cozy clean and welcoming. Ok now to the best part of this whole experience - the people are incredible!! Luis has a genuine heart of gold! He truly cares about the relationships that he builds with each one of his customers, and his team are a reflection of his kindness, hard work and years of dedication! While I was waiting, I got to learn about how they got started and I’ll say that he has a beautiful story behind this family owned business. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a tire appointment. Thank you to Luis and your amazing crew for taking care of me today!

A life saver!!! I’m a Lyft driver taking my rider to his destination when I noticed my tire was losing air, coincidentally my rider’s destination was this shop, it was closing time but they ended up fixing my tire quickly and saved me a lot of money from getting a tow and missing a day of work, thank you so much 🙏

Luis and his crew are amazing and Only place I trust for all my tire needs. I went to leschwab by my work in NE Portland to put air in my tire, I had to get out of my car and go in the building to ask where I go get air for my tire, which I then was directed by the staff inside the building were to drive my car, which even after I moved my car, and got to the Designated spot, I had to get someone else attention to just put air in my tire. I felt frustrated and disappointed in the lousy service. After leaving them I went and drove straight to Luis’s tired. I was greeted by Juan, which he provided nice of the customer service and greeted me at my car. I explained the tire situation to him and he went to work. He not only found the leak, but another screw in the tire. He not only did great job, but also showed me the process of him fixing my flat, and explaining the different types of patches they use. I appreciate that he did that, so I can understand the process, and have the confidence in his work. I want to thank Luis and his guys for the great work they provide, for great fair prices. I will only go to them for all my needs!

I had the best experience here during a trying day when I had a tire with a screw which kept leaking and going flat when they replaced two tires I had. The bad one and the opposite wheel which was worn and rotated all 4 for a very reasonable price all while my family and dogs sat inside the car listening to upbeat music from the shop. Very friendly, inexpensive, enjoyable time during what could have been the end of our trip. Thank you so much guys!

I have held off a week on posting this in hopes that Luis' Tires would make this right. However last Wednesday I had a whole new set of tires put on my car and upon leaving realized that they had broken all of the clips on my hub caps and instead of owning upto it and telling me right away they opted for a quick fix and ziptied, ZIPTIED, them to my wheels. My boyfriend called them the following day and they wouldn't talk to him about it stating they were not at fault. When I called them 5 minutes after they hung up on him they argued with me and admitted fault. However refused to either get them fixed, replace, or refund me the cost. We have been pretty loyal to them over the last couple years but I won't return and I urge others to find another place for any tire or automotive needs. Not sure how I am expected to trust a company that didn't stop and own up to the mistake right away. What other damages could car have incurred that I now do not know about? What a huge disappointment for a local business 😒

Called to set up a time to get a couple tires changed. I arrived and they were able to do my tires quickly, and well priced. Friendly and competent staff also. Old school shop that works hard and charges a fair price.

I had a great experience with Luis and his whole crew. I called to get a quote for tires Thursday afternoon and by Friday at 3pm I was driving off with 4 new tires and an alignment. Tires also come with free rotations for the life of the tires. Luis and his staff were friendly and patient with all my questions and even quoted me for another vehicle I have. Will be coming back here for all my tire needs. Tambien habla español!

Yes, go here. I originally took my car in for brakes and the technicians found my steering components a mess. They fixed it up along with an alignment. As I was driving home, I noticed it was still pulling to the right. I immediately called and they asked if I could bring it back first thing in the morning. The technicians realized my alignment was needing an additional fix, and Amado kindly worked with me. Holy moly if Amado didn’t call me before they closed shop to ask how the steering was doing! This type of customer service doesn’t seem to exist much anymore, thank you for the feeling of the past!

The best service! All the staff are amazing and so friendly. Had to get my rims replaced and they were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. Also I think they have one of the cleanest and most comfortable waiting areas I’ve been in!

The best of the best! Luis and his entire staff are friendly, helpful, and skilled. I've taken my car in multiple times and they are always quick to help me, taking the time to explain what my car/tires need and why. Just today, I brought my car in because I had a flat. The tire couldn't be repaired due to the amount of damage. Luis ordered me a new tire, which arrived only a few hours later, then immediately changed my tire upon my arrival back at the shop. I feel very comfortable going here as a young woman, knowing I will be treated with the same respect as any other customer, which has not always been my experience with mechanics. I could not recommend them more.

Luis's Tire Service is THE BEST place to go in the area to get work done on your car. His prices are absolutely unbeatable, and the customer service dealing directly with Luis is ideal if you want peace of mind and honesty. They've made a lifetime customer out of me. Take my word, you will not regret going to Luis's. Update of 2024! Still an amazing place. Terrific customer service. Work is top-notch. I feel much safer in my vehicle now, which gives me so much peace of mind driving my children around. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you, guys!!

These guys are legit. Finally an honest mechanic. My brakes were squeaking badly and I feared the worst. Ended up just being caked with brake pad dust. Cleaned them up for less than $50 and I was on my way in less than an hr. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

We are repeat customers of Luis' Tire Service. We've bought tires there, had oil changes, alignments and other services done there. We always get great service at a fair price. My husband was a mechanic in a past career and he always takes his cars to Luis. That says a lot!

I procrastinated getting new tires as long as I could, but with the potential bad weather approaching I knew the time had arrived. Les Schwab quoted me about $800 for moderately decent all-season tires. I gave Luis’ a call & Amando quoted me $650. I thought ‘Oh wow, with prices that good they must be super booked out, right?’. WRONG. Amando tells me ‘I can get you in first thing Monday morning unless you want to come now. I can have them done in 45 minutes’ - I took him up on the offer. My call to Amando was at 1:30, I got to the shop at 1:45 where the tires were already pulled, the gentlemen had my car up on the rack before I finished the check-in process & the job was completed at 2:15. 30 MINUTES. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They also do oil changes so you can get your oil and tire services done at the same time! Friendly, fast, affordable service. THANK YOU!

Luis' Tire Service is incredible! I had an issue with a tire on a Tesla, I was asked for a photo of the tire and it was ready to be installed the next day. The friendly knowledgeable staff was already expecting me and there was no wait. 20 minutes later, I was safely back on the road with a perfectly matching tire. I will always use Luis' Tire service from now on.

Very friendly staff, able to schedule appointments easily, decent prices and great waiting room area! This is the place I recommend you go for tires, oil changes, breaks and alignments for your car
