I went with him because he had a good reviews but he didn't find the leak and charge me $350 for just putting the freon i bought and a stop leak that didnt help 3 days later my truck is the same with $500 less in my pocket Update My truck had a condenser leak & the compressor needed to be change they diagnosed that the first day Luis had my truck for a week and said it had no leaks & just put a seal & charge me 350$ over here they charge me 420$ for fix the leak & to change the compressor in 3 days now my truck is perfect i recommend Ace complete auto care for ac problems people you can trust

I came from Indianapolis to Laredo TX l had problems with my car air conditioner blowing hot .l love to bringing my car to Luis because he is nice and helpful he actually explained to how I get my 🚗 fix by couple steps l have to agree with it first step diagnostics air conditioner and all component and find problem second steps fix that issue by vacuuming ac system and charged with refrigerant and done perry good experience and knowledge Luis does with fair price thank you so much sir to get me back to road.

Quedé muy satisfecho con la reparación que le hizo a mi Volkswagen Jetta cambiándole el radiador, fui con el señor Luis porque leí buenas recomendaciones de su trabajo y la verdad cuando fui y me explicó el problema de mi coche me dejó muy conforme y con la confianza de que mi carro estaría en buenas manos. Tengo 1 mes que me entregó mi carro y no tengo ningún problema todo lo dejo funcionando a la perfección, no me queda más que agradecerle nuevamente por su trabajo y de ahora en adelante ya se con quien llevar mis vehículos cuando de mecánica se trate.

Great service by Luis. He explained everything in detail and had my truck ready in a timely manner. Fixed my A/C and ensured all parts necessary were replaced and even advices what else is needed by him doing a diagnostic test with his computer for vehicles. Highly recommended.

I wish I would have come across this mechanic several hundreds of dollars ago. Several mechanics and even work the Nissan repair shop in Laredo, didn’t find my problem. Luis did. Nissan diagnosed a problem that would have been over $2,000 with them to repair. Had it done elsewhere. Still no fix. This place fixed what several other places couldn’t. Very professional. Takes the time to explain causes, effects, and solutions. Not taking my vehicles anywhere else from now on. I’ll definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you Luis. 5⭐️

VERY Dissatisfied with the service. I chose this shop because of its 4.6 star Google Reviews rating. I took my 06 Nissan Xterra for some electrical work and ended up throwing away $70 in the process. My truck needed to have the horn checked, resistors installed on the turn signal lights (to prevent hyperflashing), and have my Daytime Running Lamps properly connected on my new headlight units. Mr Alvarez proceeded to change a fuse(I could hve done that), connect the resistors but left the resistors hanging loosely in the engine bay and not mounted to the truck's metal frame/body( I also could have done it like that, but I wanted it professionally done), and tell me that he "yo no hago esa madre" when it came to connecting my daytime running lamps. He then told me that he could make the three little lights in the headlight unit light up with the parking lights. I explained to him that those WERE the Daytime Running Lamps and that if he connected them to turn on with the parking lights they would cease to be Daytime Running Lamps. He then proceed to scold me that he had just looked up the instructions online and that I was wrong. I just paid him his 70 bucks and will not return. I would have gladly paid him MORE if the work had been done properly.
