Lovely family owned business. Ms. Brenda was extremely helpful & sweet throughout the entire process. Although it took longer than expected since parts for my vehicle were on backorder, they did a wonderful job fixing my car — it literally looks like no damage was ever done. Thank y’all so much, job well done!

I’m 13 so I don’t really own a car or any vehicle of that matter but something I can say is I’ve seen the owner and the employees who work here and i feel that I should just say they are the best body shop people I’ve ever seen. I don’t say this because i now them personally but I say this because I’ve seen how they work and it’s just interesting and also very incredible so if you need help with your car this is definitely a place you need to go towards. outstanding work 10/10 would recommend!🤩 Ps: if you don’t like this place please do not make fun of the people who put their heart and soul helping you it’s just rude because they really tried their best so if you have a problem with that suck it up buttercup.😐

I took my Raptor here based on the other good reviews and I am very happy that I did. I have no complaints, and my truck looks like it never had any front damage. Great work, great price and very friendly family.

A great small family business. I was able to get my car fixed quickly for a good price. I only wanted a partial body repair, and it turned out better than I was expecting!

Brought my little SUV here after someone backed up onto my rare passenger door. Also wanted some additional body work (few more dents/scratches) here and there. After a few weeks of them doing their hard work. It paid off. All dents/scratches and damage were fixed and my suv seemed good as new. Awesome job!

I have been trying to get the bumper fixed on my car since it has been damaged. I moved to DTX & was looking for a body shop just like home. I truly have enjoyed my experience, the service, and the ease of mind Luigi’s has proved. Brenda, her husband, and son are marvelous!!! They will be seeing my future projects.

If I could give negative stars to this place I would. My step-dad had an AWFUL experience and I'm just here to share it. They were not on time, or efficient enough to say the least. It took them 6 weeks to complete the truck. They went back and forth with the insurance company until they finally came up with a price and estimate. They would never call him and let him know updates on his truck, and when he would call he had to call over and over for someone to awnser. When they called to say it was ready and he went to pick it up, THE BUMPER WAS STILL BROKEN AND HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED OR PAINTED. The estimate ON THE FRONT PAGE CLEARLY STATED the amount they needed to repair that. ALL OF THE REPAIRS WERE CLEARLY STATED. THEN TURNED AROUND AND TOLD THE INSURANCE COMPANY THEY USED NEW PARTS WHEN THE ISURANCE COMPANY ONLY PAID FOR USED?!?!?! UMM I DONT THINK THATS HOW THAT WORKS. When they finally worked it out with the insurance company it still took them another ALMOST 3 WEEKS to repair the damage. AND WANTED MORE MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAN WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY AGREED ON. It also didn't help you could barely find this place and Google maps barley helped you too. My step-dad was In a hard place. Had to have his truck towed to denton from Decatur because his control arms were damaged and he was too scared to drive it any further. This place absolutely SUCKS and the lady with the tattooed eyebrows had the nerve to ask my step-dad to leave a review. WELL HERE IT IS. And to top it off when he got his truck back they left the broken bumper in the back of his truck, and left TRASH LIKE BIG FIRE WORK BOXES IN THE BACK. (Picture of the trash left in the review) 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and we definitely won't be bringing any more of our cars here. Ever again.

I went on Google to find an auto body shop/repairs. I came across Luigi's in Denton. I drove there for an estimate, the 2 men that were there (one was the owner) were very friendly and gave me an estimate very quickly, after looking at the damage and gave me the best advise as to how they would repair it, drafted a paper estimate. I went to a few other places who weren't as friendly and made you feel like you were just another customer. I decided to go with Luigi's for multiple reasons. They did NOT fail me at all. Vehicle was repaired (2 days sooner than expected), it looks new and the price was right. Went to pick up my vehicle, paid them and it was all perfect. Thank you to Luigi's for being honest, professional and on time. Perfect senario!! PS...the vehicle was clean as well.

Luigi’s is amazing! They answered all my questions and found used parts for my car. Matched and blended the paint for a very good price! Took about a week to get back! Quick turn around! Highly recommend you bring your car here you’ll be so glad you did!

Got into a little accident causing my whole right side of my truck bed to get repainted. I was really surprised with what they were able to do! I was in a rush to leave town and they were able to do it in a short time frame. Owners were very friendly and the truck came out looking new! 10 out 10 would totally recommend!

I had got into a car accident and my car was seemingly totaled. I had contacted them and asked if they could see if the car was fixable. They allowed me to bring my car to the shop and they checked out the damage for free. Although they weren't able to repair the car due to internal damage, they had mentioned what the body work and minor repairs would cost (which was at a great price). They allowed me to leave my car at their shop until I was able to figure out selling my car to a third party which had multiple schedule changes. I ended up having to leave my car there for a week and was communicating with them throughout. They were so patient in the whole process, and I am grateful for their help!

Great work fixed my chevy cruz and supplied me with a brand new bumper for a great price. They are very caring and take good pride in their work. My car was recently in a wreck and after they repaired my car they even got me an allighment. For all of the work they did i was very happy with the price. Great company.

Luigi’s is a family operated business. The amount of cars on the lot should tell you how popular they are and it is for a good reason. They did an amazing job fixing up my 2015 Mercedes E350 bumper that had a small scratch. I wasn’t sure if they could work on European cars but they did a good job, they even fixed some of the older scratches on the house. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in getting their car fixed for a good price after an accident.

My daughter is a student in Denton which is 4.5 hours away from our home, we were hesitant to commit to an auto body shop not being local from Denton. Luigi's was the fifth shop we spoke with and if we are ever in need again will be the first auto shop I call. This family owned business demonstrates pride in their workmanship, they have integrity and communicate well with customers. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I highly recommend their work as well as their reasonable/honest costs and customer service!

Thank God for Luigi Autobody .Needed my front fender replaced on my Mercedes Benz . Very pleased . Came out awesome . Better than going to MRB shop. My go to place now if I'm need.
