Customer service was very bad they don't know how to talk to customers, I was charged $821.16 just for the tech to come out, tech came stated that they can't fix the issue he was so busy on his phone I call to ask if I could get back some of the money they say no and they did ntg to my truck the lady I talk with over the phone was so rude she even hang up the phone. I got another company that fix my truck for less and didn't change ntg I would never recommend you'll to no one.

I highly recommend Lucy’s Tire & Truck Repair. Joe came out on a Sunday in the rain and repaired a flat tire. He also checked the air in all the other tires as well. The price was reasonable and I will be using this service again. Thanks Joe!

My truck just would not start. I was frustrated, tired and irritated . I Called Lucy’s and Joe arrived within minutes. I’m totally impressed. Joe was super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. He had my truck up and running within minutes. The prices are very reasonable and making payment was fast and easy. I’ve contacted a lot of truck shops and I’d have to keep my fingers crossed, hoping for someone to show up. Lucy’s tie and truck repair was great! It feels good to finally have a “truck guy”. Called and scheduled an appointment, showed up on time. We literally were jumping through hoops to make these tire changes happen. It rained the entire time also. But the tires are on and already plan on getting Lucy back out to change the last one. I ended up having a bad rim but luckily had a spare.

Called they were out on three or four calls didn’t expect them very early but they were able to come to flying j truck stop earlier than I thought they would fixed my tire very quickly and very reasonable price, they are awesome women they seem to know their stuff

Very nice girl and knows her job, I called her at night, she helped me solve my problem with the disk, even though she didn't have one, she found me a Kenny who came and solved my problem. Thank you very much and I recommend this service

After calling him out at six in the morning so he’ll be out 3 to 4 hours. Then I call him at 2 o’clock he said he has emergencies. What the heck are we? Tells me another 3 to 4 hours unbelievably horrible service and he got mad at me and told me off for the whole thing horrible horrible service do not do not do not use these guys

I left work at 6:30. And I had a flat tire. Complete nail in my tire. I called this business. They arrived within 45 minutes. And had me fixed and ready to go for the morning. These guys are freaking awesome!!! Brake caliper blew out on the work truck after 5pm on a Friday Memorial Day weekend. They answered quickly, listened, and told us they could help. Next day they showed up to our job site, diagnosed the problem, got the parts, and had it fixed within 4 hours. You want great service, give these folks a call!!!

These guys are great Americans! The most honest and straightforward Roadside people I’ve ever dealt with in this business. Unlike those Roadside greedy crooks, they will discuss the details/price with you ahead of time, they will request permission directly from the owner before they start the work.
