Le explico para que tomen cuenta lo que me pasó el día hoy fui para que me arreglaran el caucho o llantas trasera de la mano izquierda tenía un clavo el muchacho que me antendio buena persona pero le di el seguro para que quitara la tuerca me lo hecho a perder y no pudimos quitar el seguro del caucho luego le hablamos al dueño o el encargado me quería cobrar $50 por sacar el seguro le dije no fue mi culpa es la primera vez que se me pincha el caucho es un carro nuevo y me dijeron que no a menos pagara los $50 el trato fue lo peor y aparte que soy cliente de ellos ya e comprado cauchos y arreglado los caucho de mi carro que e tenido ateriores bueno lo dejo de tarea son unos ladrones

I swear if your not getting your tires and rims from here, you're dead wrong! I came here to get 4 tires in my Cadillac and they was very helpful and fast and easy to work with. Everyone that works there was very busy. I was in and out in no time. Shout out to everyone that works there!

The best customer service out there. There’s a sales rep name Bryant who’s the absolute ultimate when it comes to taking care of a customer. I like to call him Kobe, because every deal we make I feel like a champion!

When I am pleased with a crew, I usually get names, but I failed to do that this time. So, I can't name the guys by name to thank them. Nevertheless, I could not applaud the courtesy and customer service I experienced and observed enough. Every individual working there greeted and served every customer amazingly. So much so, I remarked while I waa sitting in the waitingcarea, "All of y'all are so nice!" Gotta give flowers when they're due, and the guys at Lucky deserve them all. Thanks for taking such good care if this old lady!

Bryant is the man! Hooked my camaro ss with the wheels and tires that I wanted and was very honest and helpful. Amazing place, from customer service to work ethic. As soon as I got there they worked on my car and finished right away, very efficient. Great place, great business, definitely brining my vehicles here for any wheel and tire needs! Cody helped me fix my challenger window up after my accident. He said they don’t Usually do certain installs but he went ahead and proceeded to help since I wasn’t experienced. Thank you you’re such a blessing and the guys always treat me well.

Stole my key fob. I gave it to the gentleman, and he never gave it back. When I told him I had gave it to him, he acted as if I didn’t give it to him. Go at your on risk. If you give your keys, you may not get it back. Had to pay $500 to get another made.Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!l I’m so sorry that the review offends you. I’m a very honest guy, and don’t gain anything saying anything negative about a business, unless I have facts. I like to alarm others when a business are doing fraudulent acts, to prevent them from experiencing the same thing. I don’t believe a company that practices that kind of behavior should grow as a company, when you are not true to the customers. My problem has not been resolved, and had caused me negative after effects do your staff member that kept my key fob. When asked for my key fob, the guy said he doesn’t have it. Had to get a locksmith to make me another key. You may be an honest man, put the one you hired to work for you, was not honest. My first experience with your company was an excellent experience one, which is the reason I came back. But if I had known I would experience paying for a key fob that cost me $500, I would have never came back. I recently shared my experience with an Uber driver about my experience with your company, and he spoke well about your company, but told me that he had an expense with a original part that was removed from his vehicle, and a worker at your place of business placed something there to make it appear it was done correctly. But he shared with me that it’s the worker that you have working for you. But he mentioned that he came back to talk to you as the owner and you resolved the problem. My $500 expense was not resolved. Now I’m very careful when I go to a place of business, to make sure I’m not going to leave spending more money for an expense I didn’t accrue on myself.
