Paul and Davin did an amazing job!! Only complaint is that it was really cold with the window down. When asking if that could be turned on, I was surprised to find out that the only heater directly above the office door, is just for decoration and does not work. Please get some heaters!! Customers and your technician will thank you. Your technicians are far more exposed to the elements than a customer is.

I went in for an oil change on my Mercedes-Benz. Since it is used, I wanted the oil changed just in case… I purchased my own oil and filter (the filter is usually not in stock at most shops). The technicians were courteous and very knowledgeable. They removed both skid plates and made me aware that my oil drain plug was loose. I was offered water and they diagnosed the car (checked transmission fluid, air filter, coolant and windshield wiper fluid). They applied my Military discount, gave me an air freshener and I was on my way. 20 minutes from start to finish. Excellent work and great customer service!

Big thanks to Alvaro the manager for all the help and being honest and helpful. My car said it needed an oil change. Any other place would've just changed it. He said the car didn't need it at all. Showed me the level and said there's nothing to worry about. Thanks and will do all business there from now on.

The customer service was incredible at this place. There were only two guys working but they made every effort to help at every turn. The oil change service they did was quick and efficient and they are military friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The place to go for 6 star customer service on your oil & filter change! The boys greet you friendly, off es you bottle water, explain the service options, check on your vehicle's fluids, offers but don't make a push for additional optional services, great prices and on top of that offers Military discount, and they speak Spanish!

We’re on a 3500 miles roadtrip and stopped here last minute change. This place is TOP TIER!!! The people are absolutely amazing! They offer military discount as well. Cleaned the window, checked tire pressure, etc. Cannot rave about it enough.

I wish I remember the guy's name who basically supervised the whole service I received, but HE and his team provided SUCH EXCELLENT service. I will 100% bring all my vehicles for oil changes to this specific location at Rich Beem and Montana.
