This place sucks. Torched my screw too much and tried to blame it on other oil Change (not true) oil was full for months before I went to this place just went for a basic change, now I have a leak. Don’t ever get your oil done by her especially the girl. Beyond disappointed in this service department now I have to pay for oil change plus repairs

Please read. For all the 5 star reviews that’s great. Unfortunately, when something does go wrong, which it did - they will lie and deny any accountability for not double checking and tightening valves. Having all oil leak out and almost causing an engine failure. The manager Luis Juarez has zero customer service and comes off a smug and condescending. I would not go back there or any of there locations.

The young men were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain each step of the process, what they were going to do, and how long it would take. If I were from El Paso, I’d definitely return, but unfortunately, I’m from Houston. I highly recommend this location.

Went for a simple inspection my driver side rear light was burnt told your service advised to change the bulb. He dropp the light connector below the into the frame of the truck and could not retrieve it. I was not able to get my inspection sticker had to go order a new light socket won’t get here till Tuesday, I will be going back to complete my inspection once I get it and I want to be reimbursed for the cost
