**update**visited on Saturday Jan. 11th 2025. I just got a car new to me (used) and wanted to get the transmission flushed. I got there before they opened and was 3rd in line. They did the job and all was well as always. I got home and parked in my covered carport and left home in my other car. I am always weary of anyone else working on my car so I trust but verify. I've heard too many stories of jiffylube and the like stripping bolts or threads. I got home several hours later and decided to check for any leaks as my concrete is clean and covered. I saw a small puddle. I figured it was remnants of the transmission fluid but it was not. It was motor oil. I didn't get an oil change though. I lifted the car and saw a drop coming from the pan bolt on the motor oil pan. I tightened it and it was indeed a 1/4 turn loose! Lucky for me I have the knowledge and ability to do basic maintenance but I thought of others that don't and like my own daughters and wife, don't check for leaks or oil levels regularly. It could have lead to catastrophic engine damage for them. I'm not trying to get a discount or anything for free, I am just posting my most recent experience. I know that sometimes I myself forget to snug up a bolt or two so I'm attributing this incident to muscle memory, as most of the time, they do oil changes. *For the owner(s), feel free to reach out to me with any questions as you have my contact info, I had the Burgundy 2015 Venza. * To the pitman, please always check drain bolts, I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble or need an admission of guilt, but this was my experience today. Would I come back to this shop?? Honestly, yes. They are always pleasant and reasonably priced. But like I stated in the beginning, trust but verify. *(9 months ago)* They are super busy, I got there 5 minutes after they opened and there already were 4 cars waiting. I got my transmission flushed and refilled and I like that they use synthetic ATF. The workers are super friendly and they do a good job. I have never let anyone change my motor oil but for the price I let them do that too. So for less than $200, I got full synthetic oil change and transmission flush with refill. It shifts a lot smoother and I saved time by letting them do my oil change as well. I took my wife's car to get the CVT fluid changed right after and it was more $ but it's a lot cheaper than a new transmission. Would highly recommend.

After getting an oil change at this place I started leaking oil. At first we thought it was the oil pan gasket leaking. My mechanic was underneath the car today and realized all the bolts on the oil pan and even the transmission pan were loose. To make matters worse do oil that we changed today looks like sludge, like the oil had not been changed. I paid for a synthetic oil blend for my vehicle because it has high miles. How anybody can say this is good business is beyond me I'm absolutely disappointed for .being taken advantage of

Best oil place in town, I've been going here for over 2 years and I've never been let down or ripped off. They do such a professional job and the employees are now good friends of mine as we've gotten to know each other over the years. I recommend this place too anybody who needs any type of fluid change, they do so much extra stuff like checking and filling your tires and checking all your lights (headlights, brake lights etc etc.) And so much more. 100/10 would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone for any vehicle. They feature Chevron fluids. Still maintaining their great reputation 100/10. 08/23/24 amazing service like always.

I will never come back here again!! I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this service center. As a young female with no father or male figure to help guide me, I feel I was taken full advantage of. One of the workers claimed my transmission was in poor condition, which worried me given that my car is relatively new and low-mileage. I decided to have them service it, trusting their expertise. After paying $330, I was told everything was fine and that the check wasn’t even necessary & even got laughed at. This feels like a clear case of being misled and overcharged. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options.

I always have a really pleasant experience when I bring my cars here. Everybody is friendly and I always feel like I got great service. I'm a single female and I've never been haggled when going there, what I see is what I get, and I really appreciate that. Will continue to return.

Wonderful business. Courteous, professional, trustworthy and they do quality work. They also help spot any problems with my car that I need to have repaired. Also, a couple years ago, I was able to have my air conditioning charged up and it worked great after that. They also care about their customers and help to save me money when possible.

Solid group of people that know what they're doing! Had one problem a long time ago but they were more than happy to help when it happened, but considering I've been coming here 20 years now that's a pretty great track record in any case, thank you for helping me take care of all the cars I've brought in over the years!

Great customer service with fast and proficient services. Brandon helped me out with my oil change and even double checked my filters (which were completely overdue). He was hilarious and did an amazing job! Over all price was great for oil change and filter replacements. Highly recommend!
