Worst experience ever!!! I got an appointment at 8am. for oil change. At 9am, my car keys were still on the front desk counter!! No one bothered to even start working on the car. Why do you have an appointment system if you will start working at whatever time? Then just advertise that on the website: Bring your car, leave your keys and we will do it when we have spare time. Just ridiculous!

Positively terrible experience, it took them five hours for an oil change and once they took their thumbs out their noses to do it they didn’t even catch a battery problem I had told them about which was met with a “yeah it’s fine”. Don’t waste your time and go to a real repair shop instead

This place is for FIU students and Faculty only. Not open to the general public. Fully recommend this place, when calling talk to Stacey, prices are reasonable and quick turnaround as long as parts are in stock 😜. Super friendly staff. Take your car here for lubing and pampering. Best tech they got is a split between Juan diggy and Dan aka honey boo boo. 🕺🏻👍🏼
