We've gone to LTS for our 05 RX330 for 15+ years. They've kept it going with over 230k on it. Two timing belts, spark plugs, rear main seal, cleaning up the foggy headlights, power steering pump, oil changes, etc. Great experience approving the necessary work and payment via their site.

LOVE these guys! I asked my local neighborhood FB group for a good Lexus service recommendation and the consensus was LTS. When I called, they were super friendly and answered my questions. It took about a week to get in for an oil change - not too bad. When I arrived, same treatment - super nice, listened to my stories and love of my car :). Very friendly and gracious. I honestly can't say enough. They have a cozy sitting area with coffee and wifi. My favorite part was their findings. On my last oil change the dealership where I purchased my Lexus told me I needed about $1100 in service and provided a list of those items. When I went to pay for this oil change, they said everything looked great!! I read the items from the dealership's list and they confirmed they were not necessary at that time, more likely in about 20-30k miles (which will take me about five years to get to). I'm so glad I found LTS and will take my car in for every service and need. Thanks, guys!

I don’t often leave reviews, and my wife and chose to take our 2012 sequoia to LTS because of the stellar reviews. That said, we have had several negative experiences. On two separate occasions, the car was leaking oil after oil changes. To fix I had to remove the filter and reposition a new gasket I had to purchase separately. We also had brakes and rotors done. The brakes rotors pulse due to a groove in the rotor. Certainly this could have been caused by picking up a rock, but over the phone I was just told it’s out of their warranty period. I have had nothing but negative experiences here, and the reviews would indicate I am in the minority, but thought it worth sharing our experience.

The best place to take your Toyota/Lexus vehicle. Top quality work, customer service and communication. I moved away a few years back, but brought my rig by on a road trip recently to get it checked out if that tells you how much I trust them. These guys will take care of you!

I sent my mom to them for her Prius AC system. Unfortunately, after they said it was fixed it wasn’t. There was no evidence that they did anything at all. No additional recommendation for service or maintenance was provided. Nothing was accomplished at all. Send your mother somewhere else. The dealership charged the same price ($169) for a COMPLETE and THOROUGH diagnostic of 3 different problems INCLUDING the AC that they were supposed to trouble shoot. The dealership found the problem quickly and for less. You may be under the impression that dealerships are always more expensive. I myself often feel that way. But nothing is as expensive as paying money out to clowns who fail to accomplish anything at all. Go somewhere else.

I went to Midas on Fairview to fix my ac they were terrific but they don’t work on electric cars like Prius so they told me to take it to someone else - so I took it to LTS who charged the regular $169 and said they filled up the Freon and serviced ac but when I left the car was still blowing warm air- the mechanic told me - “well it blew cold for me” Ron told me he had added Freon but I had checked if it had Freon in 2 places prior to leaving the car with LTS motors and we knew that the Freon was full- then he said that I could give him back the car and he would charge by the hour to find the problem - he offered no remorse or response except to criticize the other people who were honest prior - I took it to Nampa Toyota dealer Edmark who ran a diagnostic and told me everything wrong with the car including part numbers and codes for the same price - edmark also did a great job but their results were also different than LTS as they didn’t find a Freon leak in the ac - so if I had it to do again I would skip LTS and I will tell everyone who asks that I found them to be dishonest and that they don’t stand by their work - it was a wasted $169 if you ask me.

Ive used lts motors twice and have nothing but great things to say about them. They are honest and fair. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable. Special thanks to Brian. Being a car guy i love learning about cars and he is full of knowledge and took the time from his busy schedule to explain a few things to me. Really down to earth guy!

I took my GX460 in for an oil change after scheduling my appointment online. As they estimated, I was out of there in 45 minutes. Full synthetic oil change + tire rotation cost just over $80. And like Lexus dealerships they use Mobil1. They were super friendly and everything was easy. I would give 5 stars if they picked up their phone. I tried them several times to ask about pricing before I resorted to booking the appointment online. Someone finally saw my missed call and sent me a text message and that's how I was able to get more info. They sound very knowledgeable about Toyotas and Lexus's. See you guys next time!
