Came here after D'Broche Tires tried to rip me off for two unnecessary new tires. LR wheels patched up my tires with no fuss and nice service. D'Broche Tires will scam you but not these guys.

Muy mala esperiencia el que cambia las llantas hace el trabajo mal cobran caro y después vuelve uno por la garantía e igual le cobran a uno que mal servicio y abuso tengan cuidado con el trabajo que realizan casi que salió el arreglo por lo que sale el valor de una llanta por culpa del empleado

Great place. Stopped there for an issue with my mustang today (12/26/2023). The owner was up front, helpful, and knowledgeable, and he got done what I needed done with no hassle. I will refer any friends and family here going forward and it is definitely my new go to spot.

Scammers, I paid for an alignment in October & I just had to pay for another alignment in another place. The time I was waiting for them to do it, I notice they weren’t really doing anything. I am not one to judge the work of anyone. But I feel like they charged me for a job they didn’t do.

Buyers BEWARE!! Lazaro (the owner) is nothing but a con artist. He sold me tires that were not appropriate for my vehicle and after I went to the dealer and another independent mechanic, both agreed that these tires were not for my vehicle which was causing the vehicle to bounce and vibrate and made it unsafe to drive. I went to Lazaro several times trying to resolve the issue amicably, but he kept insisting that the tires were fine and refused to replace the tires. I ended up going elsewhere to have the tires replaced and had no further issue with my vehicle, proving that it was indeed the tires causing the problem. DO NOT buy tires here. This business in not accredited by the BBB.

I came here to get my tires change, he said he was working in one car and come back in 49 minutes, I told him I leave across the street so I’ll be back in 40 minutes like he said, when I got there he said, look you going to be here back and forward all day because now I got 2 more cars in front of you, instead of saying to the other new customers, I got and Apointment with him, let me take care of him, he just ignored me and did not take care of me, what a waste of time and also how disappointed and disrespectful that was smh

One of the nicest and friendliest Hands-On owners I have ever met is that this location who went out of his way to help me when I got a flat tire about 15 minutes from closing time. Took the time to get the right tire, do everything for me that I needed done and he really did me a solid. Great price as well. Firestone around the corner closed early and due to that, I will never go there again. Prices here have to be 25 to 33% cheaper than Firestone and you have someone that even thank you for coming. Hey what's up let me know if you left or not

Talk about customer service??? what? This business is not even BBB accredited as I tried to file a complaint for the low quality of the tires and the worst customer service (coming from the owner!) ... DO NOT take your business here, you'll be taken for a nightmarish ride....

This place was horrible. Got there at 5 and the guy says they were closed when they close at 6. all I wanted was some info. 20 other places on Hillsborough... Come here last.
