Low wait time and quick service for great prices. My favorite part was how well they cleaned off the tape residue left on my window, as I was using tape to hold my window up. Another window regulator had gone out in the past when I was under warranty, and not even the original dealership did that good of a job cleaning that window. I am so thankful for this shop and their attention to detail.

Price has gotten really high here. Used to be hands down the cheapest, now they above average on discount price but easily 80% increase in price since 2022

SUPER FAST! Same day service. I got here at 3:40pm and finished by 5pm. $90 for the glass. $170 for labor. Out the door $269 for the replacement and added 5% tint. This was for one window replacement behind the driver seat. Thank you for the great service!

We had a fantastic experience at Low Price Auto Glass recently and would strongly recommend them. At about 2:30 on a Friday afternoon, we had just learned that the Port of Oakland wouldn't allow our car to be shipped due to a tiny crack in the windshield. So we first tried SafeLite, who wouldn't be able to get the part for 3-4 business days! Yikes! (We were in Oakland from Seattle *only* to drop off the car at the Port of Oakland for a friend.) Fortunately, the SafeLite rep took pity on us and suggested we try Low Price Auto Glass. So with no time to spare before the Port closed for the weekend at 4:00, Low Price Auto Glass replaced our windshield within about an hour of arrival. The Low Price Auto Glass Customer Service staff, both on the phone and in person, were very helpful and empathetic with our situation; the windshield itself appeared to be brand new; the individual who did the actual installation was both thorough and efficient; and the price was very reasonable -- $225 included both the part and labor. Kudos and much gratitude for a great overall customer experience!

Terrible! I had to go up there s total of 4 times all because they dont double check their work. I live in sf and had to go back because they left a gap in my window so when i got on freeway it was a loud windy noise. I went back they couldn't fix it instead told me i have to buy a Benz manufactured window so i did. After that no windy noise but i had to go back again because when u roll the window down it was a very LOUD cracking noise so i went back for him to fix that after that my door handle was left loose and not screwed all the way in. So i went back so he can take my door panel off and screw it. So thats a total of 4 trips from sf to Oakland and they refused to give me any gas money or any type of deal. Never again they do a poor rushed job do not take your nice car there only bucket cars u dont care about💯
