My first time here ever. They took care of our issue expeditiously. I was surprised how fast they were done. Even though is was just a diagnosis they did it quick and thoroughly. The Store was expensive but clean with curteous staff. No complaints really.

It's doesn't deserve even this 1 star. Not organized, zero on every aspect. I've checked in at 2pm for tire change 4 tires only not 768. Now it's 8:58pm and still didn't get done btw I'm the only one on the queue but they help to some drivers who come from a side, spending hours, putting me on hold. Those drivers didn't get checked in or made payment at the counter. Fixing them outside away from cameras. But the only truck inside the shop have to wait until they get done out there. I officially marked this place as a laaaaaaast place to come. Visit other shops guys within 10 miles there's bunch of them. Don't repeat my mistake. Be safe on the road.

If you want to waste time and encounter rudeness and unprofessionals, then welcome!!! I arrived here at 11 AM and then checked into the office; I was told that I had to wait until 3 PM. When I returned to 3PM they told me that they didn’t put me on the queue and I had to wait until tomorrow. When I said that it was not my fault, the guy in the office began to be rude to me. Terrible place!!!! This was my first and last visit!!!

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Checked I at 9am said it would be 4 hrs now its 8pm and still nothing. Avoid this shop like the plague.

This is by far one of the best Love's I've been to in a long time. The customer care was excellent and the service phenomenal. I want to give a special shout out to my tech LEO! My trailer had 2 lights out and some electrical work that needed to be done on my semi truck. This dude got me out of there in less than 30 minutes! He did an amazing job and I am very thankful. If you need work done ask for Leo, he will get the job done right and quickly.

Unfortunately, when some americans hear some type of accent, they treat you differently than when they talk to someone without one. I checked in at Loves’ shop over 24 hours ago, Sunday Sept 10th around 9am for a truck PM, and they still haven't called me. The phone number was checked in front of me, and the attendant confirmed it digit by digit. In fact, she told me that there were 2 trucks in front of me, during the following hours I saw trucks enter and leave the shop. This didn't affect me, as I will use the money elsewhere, but I would like to warn you, truck drivers, to avoid this place. Especially if you have an accent, or speak little English. People like this are beings lost in themselves, unhappy in their miserable lives of racism. Very poor people, their mind are empty of good things. They may talk about good things, but deep their inside of their being there is no such thing. Ayer me sentí discriminado. Desafortunadamente, cuando algunos estadounidenses escuchan algún tipo de acento, te tratan de manera diferente que cuando hablan con alguien que no lo tiene. Me registré en la tienda de Loves hace más de 24 horas, el domingo 10 de septiembre, alrededor de las 9 a. m. para tener cambio de aceite, y todavía no me han llamado. Verificaron el número de teléfono frente a mí y el asistente lo confirmó dígito por dígito. De hecho me dijo que delante de mí había 2 camiones, durante las siguientes horas vi entrar y salir camiones en el cobertizo. Esto no me afectó, ya que usaré el dinero en otra taller, pero me gustaría advertirles a ustedes, camioneros, que eviten este lugar. Especialmente si tienes acento o hablas poco inglés. Personas así son seres perdidos en sí mismos, infelices en sus miserables vidas de racismo. Gente muy pobre, su mente está vacía de cosas buenas. Puede que hablen de cosas buenas, pero en lo más profundo de su ser no existe tal cosa.

A coworker's truck broke down ... possibly something to do with the clutch ... They quickly said that they don't work on transmissions .... so they only do small repairs and change tires .. Also ... this truck stop is HORRIBLE ... it's super small and always crowded ... try to stop at another Love's ... Definitely don't even stop here ... just don't

The staff working when I went here were professional, courteous, friendly, and could get the job done. Even though they were busy almost nonstop, they treated each customer's concern like it was important, and offered bottled water. They made small talk with drivers who wanted to, and didn't bother the drivers who just wanted to wait there quietly. Plus, there was no wait to get my trailer in for a new tire. Enough people showed up that there was a list of 2 or 3 drivers waiting before they finished my tire though. The parking gets packed because it's free parking at a well known chain near a big city. I was here from around noon to around 2 PM (not all the time was spent on repairs), and parking spots were getting taken almost as soon as they opened up. It would be nice if there was more parking at the big city truck stops, but that's how it always goes.
