Pretty much the same complaint. Need a single trailer tire. I checked in and was told 1.5-2 hours and it’s been over 4 hours. And I was next in line after checking again around the 2.5 hour mark. No one is working on these trucks. I see the tech shootin the bull and hanging out rather than finishing trucks. Same scenario over and over again. No work just hanging out. Terrible service. Still waiting. Update. Over 6 hours waiting. Only 1 certified tech available. The rest are training and can’t work alone. Lost a days wage over this!

Don’t take there word on eta was told I’m next in line and 90 minute eta here I am 4 hours later still nothing not that they care there paid by the hour

Checked in to get two trailer tires replaced by the time I was done eating they was ready to pull me in the shop took about three hours for everything

I put one because it won't let me put less than zero they have very bad service no one works they spend their time walking and they don't touch the trucks, you have to wait more than 4.5 or 6 hours to change a tire it's horrible don't come here at all they must change to all, what happens is that since they earn per hour they steal from love's they should pay them for what they do and that way they work more.

Punto y aparte por la mucha que esta en una silla de ruedas buena atención y amabilidad ( …..ojo. ( mal servicio mucha demora ya llevo 3 hora desde Las 2:12 pm y son la 5:15 pm y no me avían atendiendo y miren la agrume raciona de trabajadores resolviendo sus problema con el taller lleno de camiones y no terminada ninguno y vine a salir 6:30 pm por qué entró el turno de la tarde a las 5:30 mar servicios los que trabajan por la mañana y dentro de el market ojos

This Love's truck shop is the worst one to truck driver going to I don't know what all these guys doing at this shop comparatively to some other Love's that have 3 person but you got good service but this one is the worst Love's service ever there is no Rules over there who were registered 1st 2nd or 3rd you can registered first one they first open and after you see other trucks that registered after you for the same problem get service before you 🤷‍♂️ maybe there is something that I don't know 🤷‍♂️😡😡😡
