Worst place ever please stay away I promise you will regret if you go there I do not usually do review but for this place I had to please do not go. It took them to change coolant level sensor 2 hours

Got here at 7:48pm. I checked in and signed up to get a blown air bag fixed. I have an appointment at 4am to deliver my load. I'm leaking air badly. These horrible staff members said they would call me and that it would only be a few moments to get to me. It is now 11:34pm and they closed early and didn't even call me to get my airbag fixed. Horrible horrible location. This is part of the reason why I absolutely hate working Houston. Definitely calling corporate on this. We have a corporate account and this is how they treat their loyal customers.

This place is the most ghetto truck stop that I have ever been to..the mechanics are not in a hurry at all. Please avoid this truck stop if you can

I don’t recommend for other truck drivers to come to this location for oil change and also for all other truck mechanic issue because there manager AJ is very disrespectful person He doesn’t lessen to you and he does not obey the customer number on the line I really disappointed for being at this location for more then 7 hours only for oil change even the manager AJ told me at the beginning you are number 2 to the bay and nobody was in the bey at all finally as i told him to change the air filter he just laugh on my request and ignore my request he was not only disrespect to me but as I saw 3 more brothers they had the same complaint so please if you don’t want to be disappointed for this kind of rude behavior don’t come to this location at the time when a manager AJ is here please please please

Don't get why it takes over 3 hrs to get a steer tire and pm done. Especially being the only truck in the shop still waiting on tire. Hard to find good help. Definitely won't stop back. Should have learned my lesson. If a shop isn't busy there's a reason why and I definitely see why this one is

Went here to lube on tractor and trailer and DOT inspection, purpose of inspection is to be sure truck and trailer will pass in case you get roadside inspection and safety! Most items were not checked, brake stroke, tires, steering, fire extinguisher, horn, etc. Paper work not readable , floor was really nasty and dirty, drive line was not greased completely until I complained, had to call three times to correct paperwork, couple of employees were rude! I will not ever go back…

Will be last time getting my truck repaired here, for just replacing 1 tire took them 7 hrs to do it. Walked in told me it’ll be up to 2 hrs wait time I was fine but ended up having to wait 7 hrs for them to call me in. Stay away
