Hire more mechanics and stop the B.S. of not having at least 1 mechanic on duty overnight because truckers don't just work 9-5 we aren't bankers!!!!!!!!!

Called the day before for a radiator/belt replacement. They gave me a qoute and said to come in the morning at 7:30. I show up at 6:40am. They tell me they can't do the radiator bc there only technician is off. Thanks for wasting my time!

Not bad over all this is the truck stop i come to when I’m home before and after i park the truck for the weekend of in general off time.to short maybe before going to the house or when i wanna clean up before getting back on the road. Parking here is not so great the don’t seem to inforce anything when it comes to parking other than designated spot.

1pm. 1 truck in front of me to get 2 new tires…next in line. 1 am, still waiting. The day shift should be fired. 1 woman and 2 techs guys there the whole time. The 2 techs didn’t want to replace an outside trailer tire. Said the tire tech was in a road call. Absolutely 💯 not cool. Where is management???? Update, Got out of there at 04:00AM
