Thos place has no showers for drivers. Hot Water Tank has been out over a month. Ripley NY same deal. No one goes 30 days without hot water at home. But us drivers go all over the country and can't get showers at loves anymore.

Very disrepect machanic Angelo was the suppose to look at my truck but instead got really mad just because I asked a question concerning the repairs instead he didnt even acknowledge any of my concerns. I never got the repair to my truck he then proceeded to open the shop door and told me to leave now my truck is disabled. worst loves truck care service I have ever recived. very disrepectful crew.

I was another in love's truck care they didn't have enough tires for my trailer I was refer to this one they saved my spot and the tires until I got there Wray made everything pretty smooth to go through and got in and out very fast so I can keep rolling to Florida deliver loads of working the hurricane.. definitely will be back when I'm around 👍

This is the worst experience I've ever had working with Love's Tire Dont'Care, they kept my driver on the interstate shoulder with a blown steer tire for almost 10h no giving a callback or showing up.

This place is not 24 hours I called with a tire problem. There AI just wasted my time then I got to a guy that seemed like he knew nothing at all… he claimed he called and the shop was getting done with 3 tires so when o made it in an hour would be perfect… I drove 50 miles with a blowout to find out them saying 24 hours means they have one guy there who has to deal with it all… road calls,cleaning the shop , and dealing with the customers… in the 15 minutes the guy was trying to check me in driver came in saying he’s been there 12 hours, they guy had to run out to help a driver back out because us truckers don’t listen a lot more happened but I’m just going to stop there … thanks loves 4 giving me time to write this seeing that I’m still waiting and just called to see how long it’s going to be and the rep told me to wait till 7:15 cause they don’t open till 7am 😂😂😂 #icantmakethisup

Don’t be fooled by the comments here. The one hour parking limit is for the automobiles not the trucks. As always their truck parking is first come first serve they fill up fast. Good luck.

Their truck truck tire/lube service is not 24hrs. Checked in at 6pm their eta was 2hrs. After not getting a call went to them around 10:30-11-00 pm they were closed. Checked in morning again been told 4more trucks ahead of me. Not getting my service done in a place where they clearly not care about costumers time. Now see why this department don’t have separate google review page. Cool staff though!!!

I'm a retired truck driver and I drive nights for lyft now. After working all night I was too tired to drive all the way home so I pulled in at love's ,bought some things from the store and pulled to the far side of the parking lot to try and get some sleep before driving to my destination. This was just before 4am when I stretched out in the back seat of my pickup and before 5 they were beating on my vehicle telling me I had to leave, regardless of the fact that I was too tired to be safe driving. I will never spend my time or money at love's again, even if I go back otr. I'm a female driver with health issues and need to have access to a restroom .

We frequently stop at different Loves to refill or dump our water tanks and or boondocks for a night. This Love's is laid back, while still maintaining a nice squared away property and rest area.
