Disappointing overall experience. A long standing customer with thousands spent here over the last 3 years, Lovers Lane European was my go-to shop for maintaining my W124 Mercedes and E90 BMW. Upon the purchase of my second W124, I brought the vehicle to LLEA over a rough idle issue. Despite bringing the car to them on two separate occasions, Witold could simply not get around to diagnosing or repairing the issue in a timely manner, and ultimately returned my car back to me claiming that he is overburdened by the workload of other customers’ vehicles. I am disappointed with the amount of time that was wasted and false promises made by LLEA. Now will have to look elsewhere to find a trustable and reliable classic Mercedes shop in the DFW area.

Outstanding workmanship. Trustworthy and thorough. Fair, honest and extremely knowledgeable mechanics. They found my problem with a noise in the front right area and repairs were completed. The car drives great!Thank you Jorge and Vitold. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my E350.

Nothing worse than waking up to a dead battery. I found this location on google. Tony greeted me with a smile and told me he would get things taken care of. I was able to drop off and return to work. I was called with a price before they started the work. The also advised me of helpful recommendations. My service was completed without an appointment in 2 hours. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

On February 25, 2016 I picked up my wife's Mercedes CLK320. Jorg and Vito are by far the most ethical and honest mechanics and gentlemen in the European automotive repair business in Dallas. They are above reproach and honest as the day is long. They were given an issue with the starter, spent hours on parts and labor, in the end determined the issue was one with Mercedes security on the vehicle and one in which Mercedes alone can address. We picked up the vehicle without charges for both parts and labor. Park Place has the vehicle and we are at the mercy of their charges. If you are in need of repair on your foreign car, there is not a better trained team of mechanics who are as honest and ethical than the gentlemen at Lovers Lane European Automotive. They are by far the best in the metroplex!

These guys are not only European themselves, but just simply do quality work period. They are experienced and fathom cars from the inside out. Taken my European vehicles to them many times and have been satisfied every time.
