These guys have been servicing all my four vehicles for years. Honest and transparent. They show the problem in person if you ask, rather than on paper only. It makes a big difference to my 30 years vehicle ownership experience.

They charged 1k to fix absolutely nothing the part that they reassured me was the issue wasn’t. After taking the car back to have them right their wrong all they did was reset my check engine light.

Love Field Auto surprised me! We were recommended by my wife’s coworker when I was going to take our car to another shop that was much closer. I highly recommend them. Fair on pricing, they don’t gouge you (which is what we were told) and very pleasant people doing honest work. 5-Stars! …and I rarely leave reviews but they deserve it.

My 2012 Ford Edge had a very bad wobble 20mph and faster. I took it in and they diagnosed the issue to uneven wear on the tires. Replaced the tires and the wobble went away. Quick service, good price, and employees are straight up and honest. Great repair shop, would do business here again.

Used to love Love Field Auto until a recently poor diagnosis. Very disappointed that a diagnosis for fluid on the bottom of my engine, was for a part that was UNDERNEATH said engine. It was obvious no more than 5 minutes were spent "diagnosing" my car, even the odometer in mileage was incorrect on the invoice, so it was apparent that there was a lack of care/effort put into it. $150 for a rush job is outrageous. A true diagnosis for a leak would have utilized UV fluid and a UV light to identify where it's coming from. They have lost my trust and my recommendation from anyone near Love Field/DAL.

After going to my regular nearby cheaper Auto Shop for oil changes — had issues starting my car each morning. Left my car with Love Field Auto Shop to determine what my issues were. Honest straightforward answers - great service staff and dependable mechanics (+15 yrs) plus offers a cash discount $$ on work I had done. Now will have oil changes and more done with these guys! Grateful I found them.

I am beyond impressed with this shop. Diagnosed my dead battery quickly, and then were so honest they told me that it was still under warranty and to take it to the dealer. When my warranty does run out, they will be my first stop when trouble arises!

I just took my car here for the first time and I’ll certainly be back. They provide great quality at great prices. They were also super quick and were able to treat my car the same day. I had to drop my car off during non-business hours, but they called me as soon as they opened to go over the diagnosis and pricing prior to repairing. Highly recommend!!

Randy was super sweet! I kept hearing a fast ticking/clicking noise every time I accelerated. And of course the one time I have the mechanic ride along with me, my car stops making the noise. Randy still assured me they would still check it out. I know it can be intimating as a girl taking in your car alone. But Randy validated my concern and assured me they would check it out. The mechanic already had an idea of what it was and turns out he was correct. They had my car in out within two days and never heard the noise again! They also gave me a very fair price for my Porsche, which you don't see that too often. Overall I'm extremely grateful to Randy and his team. I've heard great things about his reputation and I can assure you he really lives up to it!

I was headed to Love Field to pick up my childhood friends for a girls' weekend. On my way, I hit debris on the highway. I made it to the airport but the plastic undercarriage was practically all ripped off and dragging. I took my car to Love Field Auto. Keith took my keys and put it right up on the lift. He and another worker tried to reattach it, but it was too far gone! He took it off, checked to make sure everything was okay and said we were good to go. You just do not find that type of customer care anymore! We were so thankful for being treated so kindly! Big shout out and thank you to Keith!!

Before I knew of this place I went to two locals to save money. Well you get what you pay for cheap prices for terrible work. Love Field Auto got it right the first time. Loved the service! Also loved that I am now at ease and I have the confidence in the work done (stressed free about it all). They worked on a 15 Nissan Rogue.

Love Field Auto is consistently honest with me and provides quality service that can be relied upon at very good prices. Randy Newbury always takes good care of me, explains what needs to be done to my vehicle, delivers diagnoses that are accurate, and never tries to gouge me. I highly recommend Love Field Auto as a trusted place to go to for car repairs. The only thing I don't like about Love Field is that they don't have a radio show like Car Talk.

Honest and very reliable auto repair shop. You want great customer service and honest work done then Lovefield Auto is the place to go, if you take your vehicle in they will be honest with you and tell you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and not try and upsell you something you don't need.

Went to Love Field Auto because of the online reviews. I have my own engine diagnostic so I knew my check engine light was an oxygen sensor. Randy also found that I needed new CV joints. Cost me $1300 and was out of there Tuesday evening. The check engine light came back on the next day on Wednesday. Randy had me bring it back in on Friday and on the way home the check engine came back on again. Do not recommend unless you want to spend a lot of money to not have your issue resolved.
