My inside door handle stopped working & I thought it might be worth trying to fix myself. I got to a certain point and hit a roadblock on two separate occasions, was ready to give up and pay someone. Both times I came here with my issue. Instead of seeing an opportunity to charge me, they took the time to help me resolve each unknown. I was successfully able to replace the door handle for only the price of the part I bought online. Wow! Thanks so much! I love being able to do it myself & really appreciate your help!

One of the worst experiences: Do not bring your car there if it you expect good service at a decent price. I had my tire blow up on midpoint bridge and barely made it there, closest point to go with a flat tire. Turns out all 4 had to be replaced. I was charged $360 to pull 4 22" inch tires on my rims and get them balanced, most I ever paid - overcharged! Then I was charged $397.00 for the alignment, most I ever paid, overcharged! Then I am being told that all kinds of measurements are off and I need additional equipment installed to have toe and camber work. Anyway, left the shop, steering wheel was pulling to the right (after a $397 alignment!!!) Had to come back, first I heard I should be charged another hour of labor as the adjustment takes sooooo much time. Did not pay, owner agreed to work on it to get it done right. I am waiting another 3 hours, being told it is fixed now, i am leaving and having the same issue again. So I am calling two times leaving a voicemail, nobody responds, sending two emails, no response, this is the most ridiculous place I have seen. The owner does a lot of talking but things are not done right and charges are way too high, well the next time I have a flat on the bridge I will make sure to "push" my car to another shop!

Fantastic service and fair pricing. They show you the breakdown of the cost before you pay so you can see if it’s legit pricing. They also had a very quick turn around (within a few hours) to get my car back. Highly recommend

Fast and Reliable Service! There are few places you can trust in this world. You can trust the team at Lou’s. Orlando and Jonathan are the best! I took my car in yesterday and picked it up by lunchtime today. Orlando breaks everything down in layman terms and helps you understand the inner workings of what they’re doing. They may not be the cheapest, but they are fairly priced. Remember this: If it’s cheap, it isn’t good and if it’s good, it isn’t cheap.

If you want your car "fixed", take it to Lou`s. You can trust them to know how to keep a car running. They are keeping my 1999 in good shape and I even understand what they are doing to it. You won`t regret the service at LOU`S.

They just lost a customer. They fixed our air conditioning and it's working is as well as it can I guess, but our radio speakers were working fine. They had to go to the dash and now our left speaker is not working. The mechanic claimed that those speakers were blown .NOT TRUE!! I do not find this company to be reputable because this is not true. The speakers were working and they did not fix their mistake in our opinion.

Please stay away from this mechanic , I brought my car there for overheating issues, it was there for two week and was “fixed” two time but each time I got my car back, it didn’t work. I spent $2000 at this shop for it to still not work, have to get towed to the dealer , and wait another week. And after the dealer fixed it, one week later the hose that Lou’s replaced in the cooling system, had to be replaced again because they tightened it so hard it put a hole in it….so all the money is spent there was for nothing to be fixed. Very disappointing….stay away from here. Now I am responding to the response I was left . The Chevrolet dealership showed me the hose and it was so tight on there it did have a hole . I will also post My invoices from you to show all the money I spent at your place to STILL have to have it towed to get fixed else where .

These people are total scammers Went to get my thermostat changed. They said they changed it but the car still had the same issue, It was running cool and not reaching optimal temperature. I decided to change the thermostat once more. Once I removed the thermostat housing I sound out that THERE WAS NO THERMOSTAT AT ALL. SO people, please avoid these scammers at all

I was sitting in my car Idle, and it shut off. I tried to start it again and it took longer than usual to start. When it started it was very jerky and shaky. I put my code reader on and it said Crankshaft position sensor was failing. Checked the maps for shops with decent reviews, and tried Lou's. I took my car here after calling and getting pricing for the crankshaft position sensor replacement. I dropped my car off, and it was fixed and ready in less than 2 hours with no appointment. The dealership was having me wait a week before there was an available appointment. Service at this shop is great from what I see, and the guys are friendly. I will take my car here again for sure!

They did a thorough inspection of my 2005 Corolla, gave me a price for the work needed, and stuck to that price. Their service people were helpful and friendly and the car came back to me in great shape. Thanks to everyone at Lou's!

I love this place. Over the last fews years I have taken my all my cars here. Its not often you find a mechanic that will be honest and fair on prices...ansmd actually warranty their work. Lou and Jonathan take the time to explain everything to us that know nothing of cars. Highly recommend. I wont be taking my cars anywhere else
