Paid $400 for some large off road type of tires and they never could get it right. After changing one of tires and trying to balance the tires several times it was never correct. I thought maybe it was something to do with my lifted truck but I ended up taking it to discount tire and it turns out they never got balanced properly the entire time. Unfortunately, I drove it like that for several months which basically ruined the tires. They maybe good for smaller tires but I wouldn't buy from them for large tires. I will say David was always very responsive and wanted to help but I think I gave multiple times to try and make it better and they failed unfortunately.

Open Sundays is the greatest benefit from a tire shop, plus adding on to the cost and the time saved for them to change the tire. It's absolutely great !! I love the service .

Got there last night, needed a tire, nobody bothered to tell me how much it was going to be, just said I needed one and asked if I wanted it. Got the new one on and a totally different guy comes to my car and says how much did he tell you, just give me your card. I said no, nobody told me how much. He calls the owner who says $53 or $55 dollars, I guess there’s no set amount, just whatever he feels like charging at the time, or at least that’s what was told to me, one of those prices. I told him to let me check my account. He said you got it in there or what…so rude. I said yeah, there’s $53 in there. He then ran my card for $53.50. All the shops on West Washington only charge $25-$35 at the most for a used tire. I thought it would be about the same. They saw a woman alone and took complete and total advantage of the situation. I had never been there before, but figured I’d try since they’re closer to home than the others. NEVER AGAIN AND IF YOU’RE A WOMAN ALONE, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I went yesterday evening and got 2 tires put on the front of my car. I should of known better when he wanted to charge me $50 per tire. I said I thought it was $40, I had just followed a friend there and they charged him $40. I go to leave and the driver side front tire started making a God awful sqealing noise and a sound of metal scrapping. I circled around the block and went back and told him look it's making this noise that it wasn't making before the tire was changed. He would not even look at it, insisted that it was the passenger front tire and changed it. No sir it is not as it is still making that noise! Mind you why did you use a sledge hammer to loosen my lug nuts? I was raised in a shop no need to treat me like I'm stupid because I am a woman. When I went back there the second time I told my dad what was going on and that they were treating me like I was stupid because I am a woman. So guess what BOYS I WILL BE BACK AND THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED! Do not go here do not recommend. Horrible horrible!!! And try to tell me something different I was on the phone so they heard what was going on as well

This is my go to shop. They are friendly, quick and have fair prices. As a female, I never feel uncomfortable or as if I’m being overcharged bc of this.

Great, friendly, helpful service, Drove in 20 min before closing hours d were happy to take care of my needs. Had (2) tires- both with slow leaks. Repaired both tires for $30. I am going back to get a full rotation next week.

Got used tires that had great tread left for an awesome price. Install and balance also priced amazingly well. These guys are super nice, extremely efficient, and will get you in and out so fast!! Thank you and will be back again.
