I had called in the past for a service and was quoted an out standing price due to me living in River Oaks area. Today I called once again and was hable to speak with someone else named Alex. He offered options for me and guided me through everything. I was very pleased with his customer service.

The best tire shop I’ve honestly ever been to. Even better than discount tire. I have never seen a team work so hard and so well, going above and beyond to help their customers. This is my new go-to tire shop. Luis and his team did amazing. I would suggest everyone to come here.

I was saved by LosChavez. I knew I should have stuck with my first mind by going to LosChavezTires&Wheels. I went to a new tire company named RNR back in September because they had deals on new tires. They'd recently moved to Houston from another state. I met them during their grand opening. I was paying double payments for 2 tires with RNR, never missed a payment, totaling $500. They still repo my tires and left me stranded behind one payment and breaching their contract. Thanks to LCT&W I was back rolling in the same day. I actually came out better with 2 top of the line brand tires vs an ok new brand LosChavezTires&Wheels used were in better condition than the new set I had. They were nicer, fair and affordable. They understood my concerns. LCT&W also provided home services so I didn't have to go back and forth. He also gave me a warranty on my Michelin. This is how you treat a paying customer!

I needed a new and inexpensive tire quickly. This place got me set up in less than 20 mins. I don't live in the area, but would definitely make the 45 min drive back, if I ever needed another one. They were affordable, professional, polite and quick. I highly recommend!

I called them about 20 minutes before they closed because I got a major flat a few miles away without a spare. They hooked me up with a tire that fit my wheel and got me home! Great customer service! I will be giving them my business again in the future!
