The workers were not the issue. The issue was the presumed owner. He was extremely rude to me. I always come up there to purchase a new tire and I never have an issue with the workers. This particular time I purchased a new tire as well as a wheel alignment I left there and then I Came back because my car was still swerving as it my wheels were not aligned. I came back and talked to the mechanic and Ask him if he knew what would potentially cause my car to continue to swerve if they just aligned my wheels. He raised my car off the ground, and when he went to go get another mechanic for a second opinion, the owner turned around and vigorously started shaking my tires yelling “ Listen, Lady! Something is loose your tire is loose. That’s not our problem. It is your problem. Come shake the tire yourself. We did the alignment you are the problem” I felt so disrespected, and all I was trying to do was see if the mechanic can Tell me what’s wrong with my car and how much he would charge to fix it. I’m assuming that maybe the owner thought I was trying to get my money back. Either way it gave him the right to fly off the handle before getting an understanding about what’s going on. I felt so disrespected as a customer because when he accepted my payment, he was a very sweet person but when I’m asking a question about the issues going on with my car, he flew off the handle and that is not a way to conduct business. This tire shop is on a completely different side of town Then where I live, but I come there for their competitive price on their new tires. But after this, I am afraid they have completely lost me as a customer

This was the fastest ive ever had my car taken care of i was here for 20 minutes with no appointment and was out the door woth my car fixed. Great prices too!

Cleanest tire shop on this planet, GREAT prices, no wait, friendly staff, and no pressure or up-sales. They actually applied coupons online that I was unaware of to save me more money! Showed me the old damaged tires and explained the entire process. 5 ⭐️

I arrived about 9:30 in the morning and they were very busy but when I asked who could help me I went into the office and someone showed up within a few minutes they told me that they had one person before me and it would probably be about an hour before my car would be done for front brakes, I walked down to the Dollar tree and I was back by 10:45 and the brakes were complete we just needed to scan the Groupon and I would be on my way, I'll be going back to have tires installed as well since they were so efficient.
