THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE! I was in an accident on Friday that was caused by one of their loaner cars. The person who was driving the loaner vehicle ran a red light and T-boned my car causing it to be a total loss and multiple injuries to myself. The driver was ticketed for her negligence. It was found that the owners of Los Amigos Auto Repair and Sales Guillermo and Veronica did not have insurance on that car AND the driver of the vehicle also allowed her personal insurance to lapse leaving absolutely no coverage in the event an accident should happen. Los Amigos let their insurance lapse back in January forcing my insurance to cover the loss of my car. I went into Los Amigos to speak with the owner Guillermo to see how this was going to be resolved and he refused to speak with me and told me that he was too busy for this. I have hired a lawyer to now step in and take over this case because he has refused to take ownership of the situation. I am out of a car and have acquired thousands of dollars in medical bills. I have also had to pay hundreds of dollars out of my pocket for a rental car and lost wages due to being out of work for my injuries.

Charged 400+ to buy and install a radio touchscreen that didn’t even turn on and when we asked him (memo) about it and he said that that wasn’t his fault it didn’t work and that the 400 was for installing it and buying it if he wanted it to turn on we had to pay again

My fuel pump went out suddenly on my Silverado when leaving work late (5:30) on a Friday and I was stranded in busy downtown Lincoln. There was an outdoor concert a few blocks away so I was sure to get towed if I didn’t move it swiftly. I had rented a uhaul from los amigos one time a few years back, so I thought of them instantly. Not only did they come give me a tow to the shop free of charge, but they got it in immediately and had the new fuel pump installed and ready to go early Saturday morning! Amazing service and friendly group of guys! Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely be a return customer for any of my other repair services! Thanks again los amigos!
