I had a great experience with Lorentz. They were very quick about the repairs on my car. I mostly dealt with Andrew, and he was very nice and explained everything to me for the repair process. I will 100% be going back in the future for any further repairs.

Worked diligently to troubleshoot my cooling issue. Did a good job and very friendly. Also has a nice waiting room with water, coffee, and a few snacks to have while you use their wifi for some entertainment. Definitely treated me right!

I have always very plesed with this place to have work done on my vehicles........Andrew, Jerry and Richard are all top- notch and very hands on and they are also on a personal level with you, and go above and beyond the call of duty... . Great Shop. This time my Tesla needed skid plates installed and they did it. Not an automatic no, they listened to my need and then answered. So they are a "Great Shop" in my book.

I dealt with Jerry and Justin - both great guys. My check engine light was on in my wife's car. My wife said the car started shaking. I knew I had an issue and had put off the repair. Lorentz, was able to find the problem and found some other repairs they suggested. I asked about some other things that they did not mention to get their point of view. They resisted trying to upsell me on things that were not needed. I picked up my car and it was running much smoother. The check engine light came back on with in a few miles. I called to see about getting the car back into the shop. They were waiting for me when I dropped it off. The throttle body on the car had to be reprogrammed. They wanted to be sure it was working and called to ask if they could drive it home and back which was fine. I asked what the charge was on the throttle body and there was no charge! I had to get my other vehicle inspected a couple weeks later. I walked in without an appointment and they called me by name. I appreciate their tenacity and their honesty. My wife's car is now running great!

I was kept informed of all the work that needed to be done on my car and its progress. It was explained in a way that I could understand as I don’t know a lot about mechanics of an automobile. My car is running well and I feel reassured that it has been repaired with precision! They even drove an hour to get me and drive me back to the shop so I could get my car once it was finished.
