I took my Lexus in to get the wheels powder coated and tires that I brought installed. When I left that day I immediately had a vibration above 60, due to the distance I am from the shop I took it to a local tire shop to verify the road Force balancing. Not only did they not balance it correctly but the wheel that they did put weights on was bent which they did not tell me. I essentially paid them to powder coat a bent wheel. I called the owner to see what can be done to correct the issue but he told me to kick rocks because I took it to another shop to verify balancing. Horrible experience overall

I was in need of replacing all 4 of my tires and I found Lopez Tires literally 3 blocks away from me near the Tamiami Airport area.. I was able to order the 4 tires and have them installed the very next morning!! And all for a really great price.. I highly recommend this tire company for anyone in a similar situation like mine...

Very quick and kind guys they immediately Patched two of my tires from the inside of my Toyota Tacoma, and even reinstalled the spare back under the bed, Reasonable prices as well.

Lamento informarles que el dueño de Lopez Tires es una persona prepotente e irrespetuosa con los clientes tú lo llamas por teléfono le pides una cita y cuando llegas te dice que tiene otro carro y que no te puedo atender y que vengas otro día y que no le importa tu tiempo así es que le recomiendo que una persona con esa características no debería permanecer atendiendo público una muy mala experiencia visitando a Lopez Tires tiene que tener un poquito más de educación y modales y respetar a los clientes que son los que le damos de comer

I've brought my business to Lopez Tire for about 2 years (2018-2020) and the constant customer service I receive is always a breeze! Very clean, neat, and very professional with every interaction I've received with Lopez. I recommend it greatly! Tire techs are trained properly to install your tires correctly and without any doubts. Thank you for all that you do. Update (02/03/2023): It's been a while since I've last visited the shop for any work on my tire needs. To be honest the rotation of techs they've had over the years doesn't settle too well with clients like me. -Sometimes the techs would tighten the lug nuts too hard with their air guns (it's not NASCAR). I had to replace due to over tightening. -They will not be gentle with your TPMS sensors that are located on the valve stem within the tire. I've had to replace two of mine at the dealership $$ because during the tire removal process they were broken off. -Make sure to remove any valve steams covers you probably have bought aftermarket to complete the look of your wheels. Techs will probably throw it into a pile of old steams and lose yours because they don't respect your property like they should. FYI, the shop is located at the end of a street that is filled with tall speed bumps. Take your time. I'm not bashing the owner or their business, but this is an honest review you'd expect to read or see. Hopefully this was helpful and leave you with the lasting impression I've been left with since my last visit in 2020.

Saw me right away. I went in with a nail in my tire but it apparently didn't puncture the tire - they took it out and charged me nothing. Great customer service!

Cuando creas que tienes un mal día, sin dudas venir a este negocio lo empeorará, el dueño es una persona déspota y amenazante. Me cobró 180 dólares por tratarme como basura incluso amenazó con pegarme si iba por este rims de mi propiedad. "Sin el centro y sin goma me lo entregaron" perdí valioso tiempo y temí por mi seguridad, en llamada de altavoz me amenazó con "partirme" si aparecía en su negocio. No me dejé intimidar y la policía me escoltó. Mi esposa y un amigo fueron testigos de tal aberración de trato. El jura y perjura que me "estaba ayudando" "que el me estaba resolviendo" a lo que le insistí que no lo estaba haciendo, que era su trabajo y yo le estaba pagando por ello. En fin una experiencia terrible. Amenazas insultos, precios abusivos, mala calidad del trabajo y trato amenazante, prepotente e intimidatorio. Mantente safe y lejos.

El peor sitio en servicio y atención, el dueño amenaza a los clientes con agresión física, golpes y dice groserías, da una fecha y no tiene listo el trabajo entonces su respuesta es te guste o te guste, con mi esposo tuvimos una pésima experiencia donde incluso tuvimos que pedir ayuda de la policía para volver al lugar, no les recomiendo este taller si no quieren pasar un horrible momento, ya sea por la falta de respeto del dueño, por el alto costo y la falta de compromiso y responsabilidad. Nunca ví algo así en algún otro lugar

I went for a wheel alignment patiently waited for about an hour. Just when I thought it was my turn. A car drove up that had already been there and left an hour earlier and then Mecanic decides to let them go ahead of me. Terrible service.

Una estrella xq no hay opción de menos, después que me están cobrando 110 dólares x cada goma me dicen que tengo que llevarme las viejas xq si no son 5 dólares más x cada una, que es lo que cobra el camión por botarlas, cuando le digo que es primera vez que veo esto, que pensaba que eso estaba incluído en los gatos de ellos, me dice así frescamente si quieres te lo incluyo en el precio de las gomas y tú no te das cuenta, eso lo hago para ahorrarte dinero, o sea que si me pongo a bobear le tengo que besar los zapatos y agradecerles, fijaste si son frescos.Que mala se ha vuelto mi raza.

Well on Saturday 1/20 my friend took his car to this place and it was unable to fix the tire problem plus, the workers there aggressive and over priced labor. Anyways i was there when they where working on my friends car and telling that they could fix and a rim for Monday and it didn’t happen me and my friend had to call the Authority because they threatened us and telling us that they aren’t giving the rim to us anyway the experience i had from the place it was the best , and if u are the same lady for calling my attention for leaning on the car with your Land Rover discovery .😡 Also that another one there a lady that she come and check on the workers and she doesn’t knows tf happends through out the day
