Called because I broke down on with 2 tire blown out on my trailer was explain to then all they said was we don't do tire and hung up....if you don't do tires then take it off your services.

Long Shot Repair is truly exceptional! My husband and I have never encountered a business so knowledgeable in tractor-trailer diagnosis and repair while being deeply rooted in family values. The entire team is incredible. This Thanksgiving, while picking up our truck, they went above and beyond by inviting us to join their holiday dinner—and we did! The warmth, kindness, and generosity they extended to us, our daughter Bella, and our fur baby Kwabena were unmatched. Chad's turkey was phenomenal! Not only can this business be trusted with your equipment, but they also treat you like family. We are forever grateful for the care they showed, from housing our tractor to feeding us during the holidays. I pray Yah continues to bless this amazing team. Our owner/operator Bryan had a wonderful experience with Long Shot Repair. Their staff were friendly and helpful from the start. The mechanics also friendly and knowledgeable were on top of the repair very quickly & stayed on it. It's so refreshing to get Fast, Friendly, Fair Service these days! Awesome place. Called last night on 9/22/2024 about some trailer issues that TA and Loves would not touch. Brett told me to show up at 0700 the following day. Got me in and fixed within a couple hours max. Mainly trailer issues and also taught me some things along the way. My boyfriend lives in town and it was very accessible from I-80. If you are traveling east from Denver these guys are totally worth it!

Woke up to a hissing brake chamber. Called them and they send a mechanic within minutes and took care of it, Great mechanic and super nice guy👍 Thank you Long Shot for making my Saturday headache free.

I've been coming to see Chad and the boys since I was a company driver, and when I became an owner operator last year, it was only fitting that I bring my business here because I don't trust most shop with my mack. I had a drive shaft break in Minnesota at night and sent the picture to Chad and he called me at 10pm to give me advice and how I should proceed. Mind you he's in nebraska and still called me to help out without even doing any work on the issue, that's how you know this shop is customer oriented. I love these guys and I'd never take my truck anywhere else when I need a repair on my truck. Don't read into these negative reviews who don't even explain why they do because from my 2 years of experience with Chad and the guys, they're the best in town -Big Nap Transportation

The quality of their work is outstanding and the staff is super friendly. The work area is very clean and they take special care to ensure that whatever they are working on is kept as clean as possible. The rates they charge are very fair in the market today.

they patched our trailer but anyway it was leaking and called them again they never fix back so just waste my time and money
