The best or nothing!!! I’ve used Lone Star to restore both my vehicles that were wrecked. I’m telling you right now, the service is superb. They’re patient, convenient, confident, and reliable. They under promised and over delivered. Alberto kept me in the loop the entire time. The facility and waiting room is always friendly and clean. Couldn’t ask for a better local collision shop. Tengan cuidado cuando las mismas grúas qué trabajan para ellos te recomiendan el lugar, el arreglo de la mi vehículo fue reparado pero descompusieron el a/c y no se quisieron responsabilizar por eso. Cuando el ca Vehículo fue llevado el aire funcionaba perfectamente bien y salió de ahí sin funcionar a lo que ellos dijeron no era problema de ellos y con seguridad ellos mismos le movieron o hicieron algo.

My car was towed here after an accident. They kept my car for a month in a half.They charged my insurance company $14,000.00 and when I got my car back I had a refurbished rim , coolant and wiring issues. Sean and his team is very dishonest. They use aftermarket parts when he said they use BMW genuine parts. I have 2018 BMW 430i. Stay away stay away stay away from this place!

My son got into a wreck 2 years ago and insurance paid for Lone Star Auto to do the repair. I had praises for: towing, front office, Sean, body shop crew & mechanic crew on a fantastic job. Fast forward and I got into a wreck but my vehicle was w/o comprehensive ins. I spoke w/ the estimator and explained that I need good used parts, no OEM, have it all done right & take your time. The crew kept my repairs to a bare minimum but the car looked and drove better than when I purchased the car from the dealership. Thank you to the Lone Star Auto Repair crew for the exceptional work that you do on vehicles and will use your shop for any/all repairs and maintenance on my vehicle in the future. I will also recommend your shop to others!

1. Sean and his team know the value of customer service and honesty, both of which are highly valued. They went the distance with me even when my insurance company didn't. I recommend LSAS for all your auto and repair needs. 2. Sean is the man! He and his team took care of me a second time when I needed my vehicle repaired after someone hit me in a parking lot and just left. Excellent service, and trustworthy! I recently bought a used car and started to notice a few things that didn't quite sound right, so I dropped my car off to get their opinion. They were quick to troubleshoot a problem with the differential, and they took the extra step to contact Ford to check it was still under warranty. First time I've tried them but will definitely use them again.

Had one of the best experiences by far dealing with these people.starting from the tow,the driver was very kind and helpful in assisting me making sure i was good and set to go .....Now,onto the rest of the staff lol ,i can say i really felt at ease when talking to them and i felt like i could trust them when it came to making sure my vehicle was going to get fixed properly.i'm truly grateful for everything your company has done for me .My van looks amazing and you cant even tell there was ever anything wrong !!Big thanks to Melissa ,Francis ,and Mr.Alberto for really knowing how to take care of a customer.will definitely be calling you guys again if i need anything automotive wise !!!

Just got my vehicle back from being repaired due to a car accident in December! My car looks great and the best part is the inside and outside came back cleaner than when I dropped it off!!! They took the time to detail the inside as washing the outside after the repairs were complete! Thank y’all 😊
