I went to get my tire fixed b4 I headed out of town to NC for the holidays, the guy that helped me I believe he said his name is SG but I may be wrong however I just want to say the customer srvc by this guy was great!!! After talking and letting him know I was traveling to NC he was determined to fix my tire which he did so all while keeping a smile on his face & holding a conversation with me. As long as all the employee's show the same great in person customer service this will continue to be my go to tire shop and will definitely let everyone I know to go to this tire shop!!!

Brandon got our work truck back on the road . They were nice and courteous and helped us find the best solution for our vehicle . They was able to get us in even during the mix of the hurricane . We will definitely be coming back !

Even with Hurricane Milton bearing down, Local Tires, helped me out with two good used AT tires for a reasonable price, and did the job very quickly. We were evacuating and not from the local area. When I couldn't get through on the phone initially Johnny called me back and ensured that I was able to get back on the road safely and little hassle.

the customer service could use some work,they do not seem to really care about quality customer service and it seems like they really do not care attitude communication could use a overhaul,do not use this place unless you have no other choice.

I haven't even left yet and I'm already happy, ecstatic and grateful. I will not be going anywhere else. This owner deserves so much business and good things. He is honest, upfront and explains everything very well. He's genuine and informative. I have awful anxiety and honestly fight tears so that people don't screw me over and the fact that I could relax and know I was getting good honest help is the biggest thing for me. Stopped by after a search on Google. I had a slow leak. A tire store I went to prior told me I needed a new tire based on the location of the nail found in the tire. Went to H & H. Saw the owner, Chris. He said all I needed was a plug. He recommended a tire rotation and increase PSI for better gas mileage and longer life of the tire. No new tire needed and saved me a few hundred dollars. Honesty is rare to find. That alone makes me a repeat customer. I will definitely be back for the tire rotation as recommended and future tire needs.

Awesome spot in oceanway for tire service, they not only knew what I needed, but had it in stock! Price was more than fair, and fast, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
