Nobody has control of a queue, no one comes out to attend, you have to chase everybody. Overall really bad service. Very cheap, but you get what you pay. Not worth the headache.

The experience I had with this business was extremely disappointing due to their poor customer service. The owner seems to lack the necessary skills to manage the establishment effectively. Initially, they promised to patch my tire, only to later claim it wouldn't fit in their machine. Additionally, they stated that they do not plug tires, despite having done so for me on multiple occasions. When I requested to speak with the owner, the staff member assisting me directed me to him but then confusingly stated that he was not the owner. This level of service is unacceptable and leaves customers feeling frustrated and misled.

On The phone waiting to get a price to buy tires and this lady talking in Spanish with Somebody else chismeando que si no es Juana es la hermana And I was on the phone hello hello and nobody answered after a while just like how may I help you and I already told her the top of tire Really bad service cannot work in the front desk.

Online shows they're open until 5:30pm. I got there at 5, stood there for 10 mins to then have the guy tell me to come back tomorrow. He had walked past me several times before that and didn't say anything. With as many tire shops as their is in the area, i would recommend going somewhere else.

Sometimes you have to wait in the “who’s next” line - but for the price and the quick turn around when they do come help you - it’s great! Fair warning - most of them speak only Spanish - which I barely speak but in always able to get by just fine. $25 to put on a new tire I bought on Amazon. And I’ve had patches done here too. Always been happy.

I guess you have to be aggressive as a customer and get the employees' attention. I've been there 3 times. The first time, no customers were there, and they took care of me quickly. I got a good used tire that lasted me a while. 2nd time they fixed my flat in ten minutes 3rd time I parked my car and stood in the front of the service lot for twenty minutes and no one helped me. The place started getting crowded, and others were being helped that came after me and so I left.

I waited 25 minutes. Nothing. No service. No acknowledgment. Even moved my car into the bay for service. Still nothing. There was only one car ahead of me. Total waste of my time. It’s sad to say but they only serve the Hispanic population. Don’t go there if you are not. Update: the owner’s response proves no one acknowledged me. So they saw me standing there & saw me move my car. They also saw me walk into their office before I left, but they still didn’t acknowledge me.

Llegue a este lugar un jueves a las 3 de la tarde para poner gomas nuevas a mi carro un van Ford Transit de techo alto, no cabia bajo el techo del taller, y el hombre me dijo que no podía hacerme el trabajo porque había mucho sol, que si podía traerlo el día siguiente !
