L & M auto repair has always done an excellent job on my vehicles whenever I have needed repairs or just an oil change. They are very thorough with their inspections and they make sure you are aware of services needed now or in the future. There is no pressure to have things done that you don't want done.

This was our first time using L&M, we picked them because we needed a loaner vehicle while the truck was being worked on since it needed so much work. Misty was always very friendly and positive and we plan on using them for future vehicle needs!

After gmc dealership quoted me thousands, I brought my car to l&m after reading the reviews, not only did the dealership lie about what needed fixed, l&m were able to fix the actual problems for such a good deal!!! They were fast and up front about what problems needed fixed immediately vs what I could wait on. I appreciate them so much and will be returning! Recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy affordable mechanic!!

Edit: I have had to change my review due to a misdiagnosis. The issue was hard to replicate at the time of repair due to rising temperatures. Now that we have low temperatures again the problem has persisted despite spending $100’s on a recommended repair. After calling to try to rectify the situation staff took no responsibility. I’d stay far away from here.

L&M Auto Repair fixed and replaced my alternator and coolant pipe. Timely and efficient service. After reviews of coolant pipe and alternator accessibility I made a decision to let it be done by L&M. Great price and my Honda CRV, all systems perform very well. Thanks Taylor, Andrew and L&M Auto for a fine job.

One of the BEST experiences I've ever had at an auto repair shop! Customer service was excellent, and got us in and out in the time they said it'd be ready. Definitely going back to them for any work we need done! Update...we have definitely gone back and have received excellent service. Very informative and understanding. Was able to fix our car in less time than they originally said. Plus when we picked it up we thought everything was good. Come to find another issue caused by the previous one and they were able to fix it right then and there. We love going to L&M. Great customer service and friendly. The techs are very knowledgeable as well. Thanks again L&M.

Beware when taking your vehicles to this business. *I’m not sure if this applies to all customers or just female customers.* Go get a second and third opinion elsewhere because this location will tell you you need repairs done when you really don’t. I took my car in for a code regarding the fuel cap and came out needing front struts. I took it to another mechanic and sure enough the struts weren’t even close to being needed! In response to the owner’s comment: Maybe you should get with your front desk staff. I was told we should not be driving on those struts at all because one was cracked and we did in fact get labor and parts priced out since they so urgently said it was needed to be done.

I brought in my Granddaughter's 25 year old Impala. It was missing and surging while running. They analyzed the problem and stayed with it, communicating with me all along until it was running properly again. They wouldn’t give up on it even when it seemed impossible to fix. I highly recommend them and will continue to ask for their help on my vehicles. Auto repairs here are very reasonable. Thank you to L & M Auto Repair!

I am absolutely pleased with the service. The way they operate is top notch. Loved the notification via text and especially the quick repairs. I had my car there at eight a.m. for an appointment and had my vehicle back in about two hours. No run around and having to call them to check on the progress. Will be back for future repairs or upkeep. Great job to all at L and M!

I've been having repeat issues with my vehicle, and the dealership mechanics/rep were giving me the run around each time. All they would tell me is that they recommend I upgrade my vehicle with them (of course!) Taylor at L&M was willing to talk me through not only the diagnostic tests L&M did, but also all the tests and procedures that the dealership did (that they refused to elaborate on.) I'm giving L&M, and especially Taylor, a 10 out of 10 just for the transparency and willingness to walk me through the issues. Very trustworthy autoshop!

Misty, Taylor, and all the crew at L&M took such good care of me when my 10 yr old Chevy Sonic had major HVAC problems. The issue at first was misdiagnosed as the problem came back the following day. It turned out to be a much more serious (and expensive and lengthy) issue. They worked with us, though, helped to keep the cost reasonable, even loaned us a nice car for the five days it took to get the right part in and installed. My car works great now, and I'm so thankful for their excellent customer service, professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend their services.

Service was great and my mechanic was super helpful, very communicative. As a feminine presenting person I feel nervous going anywhere for my vehicle but this place was very honest and made me feel comfortable knowing my car was in good hands!

I had L&M Auto Repair Install a new Crate Engine in my truck. It was a big job and they did a very thorough job installing it also through the process they kept me informed of the progress of the install and even sent some photos as it progressed. I am very pleased with their work and I will recommend them to anyone that needs any work done. They seemed honest and fair with me and that is what I look for in any business.
