I was able to get in right away for an oil change And to look at a possible problem with my back brake lights which kept coming on intermittently when I was not in the car. I was surprised that I was able to get in right away and the work was done very efficiently and hopefully my brake lights will stop coming on. They were adjusted. I also got a ride back home so I I could stay home to wait for the car and they picked me back up again to bring me back up to pay. Great service there. I will definitely be back.

Please take my advice and never go here! Terrible communication, and they ended up charging my fiance when she was never told it would cost anything. She was told to come in for a quick free inspection and it turned out to take all day. She turned her car in at 8:30am. They called her at 10:50am after test driving it a couple different times to diagnose the issue, but they couldn't figure out the problem. They told her they would call back in a half an hour after driving it for the third time. After three more hours go by, my fiance called to see if they test drove it again and she was told that they would call back any minute once the guys got back into the shop to let her know how it went. They never called back until 4:30pm when my fiance was already on her way to see in person what was taking so long and why they haven't called back because she knew they closed at 5. They ended up giving her a $256 invoice for a BS problem that wasn't relevant to the reason why she wanted an inspection. If you actually want a free inspection, go to Les Schwab.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lloyd Auto Repair. my car was towed by AAA at this location for break repair , i called prior to arrange and all information wasn't given to me. working with AAA towing company I only have 1 tow per car with brake break issue. they quoted at an outrageous $2,630.34 for break repair. They even suggested I go into financing for the repairs. I declined the offer since the vehicle had already been worked on by another mechanic just a couple of days prior, and most of the parts had already been replaced. When I declined their repair and financing, they charged me $187.17 just for looking at the vehicle. At no point before this did GARRY (if i remember the name) clearly mention there would be a fee for the inspection or the amount of the fee for the inspection.. Garry try to made me believe that he had "previously mentioned" a $169 fee for looking at the vehicle—but that conversation never happened. Their lack of transparency, combined with the pushy upselling, made for a very unpleasant experience. It feels like they were trying to take advantage of the situation, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Good people. They do honest and great work. You can relax and trust what they say is right about what’s wrong with your car. Had my car stolen, broken in to twice and I had to get my car towed here, get the ignition column replaced, the cover replaced and my car rekeyed 😞. Now I’m back to get my brakes done and the undercover replaced.

Been going here for years with all of our vehicles. Always felt taken care of. When my daughter first started driving, we took her car in for some work and they took time out to show her how to take care of her car, all the common maintenance items, and some not so common too. Great customer service.

Jusy Hotta love these people! My car stopped and would not jump- they helped me with a tow(not related to their business) and even loaned me $$ for a tip for the tow person, Brandon at Sesttle Towing, got the part, and EVEN came to pick me up to get the car! JUST Such Great people! Thank you so much.

Great experience at Lloyd's. Went in for numerous maintenance items that I had been neglecting and left completely satisfied that my 2005 F150 was ready for the summer ahead. Scheduling was a snap and pricing was fair. The folks I met were friendly and welcoming. One little hiccup on the invoice was solved with a simple phone call. I have been looking for an honest, competent auto shop for years and now I believe i have found one in Lloyd's. I hope I won't need to see them any time soon, but if I do I am confident they will be up to the task.

Took my vehicle there, didn’t touch it and claimed that they were not comfortable working on it. (Which just means they had no idea on how to work on it)

The day we checked out of our hotel, our vehicle would not start. We had it towed to Lloyd’s and they were able to find the last part in the area that we needed for the fix. They fixed it the next day, where other shops said it would be a week later. The entire staff was so helpful and great at communicating with us where in the repair process our vehicle was. We will be using them again, even though we live 4 hours away.

Good work on the BMW oil change but the shop is not equipped to do any BMW diagnostics. This somewhat limits their ability to repair BMWs. I guess they lack access to ISTA (BMW Coding software). I had the work finished at another local shop.

What's the excuse this time labor cost and whole salers are bailing. Certified mechanics are making double the cost and parts. Your savings and credit will be the death of trying to keep your car maintained. The shade tree mechanics will survive.
