I was reffered to these guys but NOPE i was gonna go in and purchase a set of wheels and tires I called to ask a few questions because before I drive from Queen creek and they guy on the phone literally told me it's impossible and hung up on me instead of giving options or atleast saying come on in we can go over what we can do nope just hung up on me

This place is amazing. I've been here a couple times and about to go again. They were extremely helpful. I was in a situation and they were willing to go above and beyond to take care of it. I definitely recommend.

After searching on line and driving around pheonix and surrounding city's searching for tires for our truck (like literally been looking for almost a month with many hours and miles put on our previous set of tires that were fading fast) we finally found THE "diamond in the ruff" last night (nov 30th 2024) about 8:30 pm amongst roughly 10 or more similar shops ,atleast, within literally a few hundred feet of each other most of which we'd visited over the last month and or called and whom either didn't message and or call us back or answer their door when we went or that we just weren't quite sure if we were getting the best deal. Some of the shops couldn't even get us our sized Tire as "they didn't deal with that size anymore"(bigger mud terrain) anyways we stumbled upon these guys regardless and not only did they offer financing that we were approved for in under 5 min flat, they had multiple sets of our exact Tire we were looking for, pre-owned and new and at a price lower than any other place we had called or been to yet! The manager spoke very fluent English and was super easy to communicate with!!he and two of his men had us in and out under an hour and i think that me taking pictures and b.s.ing took longer than the install lol!! I highly recommend these guys especially if your trying to wade through the endless sea of these kind of shops because there are more and more popping up . We are definitely going to go back and get our new lift installed by these guys as well as they offer that service as well as can purchase kits from them they actually offer a lot of accessories and really know what they're doing! If you see this review and it makes you choose them for your next service ,tell'em!!! They were just all super appreciative i was going to shout them out, i said it was the least I could do for such great service! Seriously check them out you will not be disappointed!!!! (To the dudes down at the shop, sorry took me a little longer than 2 hours i wanted the photos amd such to be "just right!!" Thanks again, see yall soon!!!)

Acabo de poner 4 llantas nuevas a mi carro , me cobraron $82 por el servicio, peroooo, según ellos solo cobraron por el balanceo de las llantas delanteras que las de atrás no necesitan balance, nunca había escuchado semejante barrabasada ,pagué $10 más por balance de las llantas traceras , le dije al encargado que porfabor siempre le pregunte al cliente lo que quiere. No me paro más en ése lugar.

Please read the reviews. I failed to do so and now I’m paying the price literally, I bought two new tires less than a year ago. One of them recently blew up on the freeway and although they told me I had a one year guarantee to get it replaced for any reason, they just backed out on their word. Now it wasn’t for any reason now it was if it was a “manufacture defect “ they even said even if they sent in for a claim they would not approve it then they tried to sell me a really used up tire for 50 bucks not worth your business. Please consider somewhere else there goes $321 down the drain.

They do not guarantee their work at all,,, they will not take responsibility for their work even with a receipt… BAD business !!! Does not even deserve one star ,,, a negative SIX !!!

Solo fui por una alineación y dos llantas. Todo quedo tan mal hecho que tuve que llevar mi carro a arreglar a otro lado. Perdi mi tiempo y dinero.

Worst place in phoenix, bad communication and service, I went two times and they couldn’t fix my alignment they charged me 120 for each time I went, they get all dirty into your car they don’t care, I definitely don’t recommend this site too expensive and they don’t really know to be honest

I had a very poor experience at this tire shop. They installed a faulty tire and refused to replace it. Additionally, when we tried calling, they ignored our calls. I would not. 💔

Bad service bad tires gives you a different size than you asked for and dosnt say anything to see if your gonna notice tires are rigged nails in the tires no warranty 3 days and tires separated stay clear from this place manager is a crook and very rude

They don't even deserve a 1 star it should be a 0 i brought a truck to be aligned and they just charge me for the alignment of the steering wheel what a rip off will never come here and will definitely will not recommend anybody here is the worst place poor management and rude too

The shop needs a lot of attention, it’s not even save to go through the door, the main door is broken, the glass table inside is broken and they only put some tape over the broken glass, I sat there and cut my hand, no AC. Their prices are basically a ripoff for anyone who don’t know the market, the guys working at the back looks like hard workers but I won’t have any of them working on my car. Safety first and I’m shocked they r still in business.

I have 26 in rim and want to change to different tires and brought with me for mount and balancing . My rims which are 7 months old are now so srcacthed up are pitiful . I will take back today and finish reviewing.

They don't even deserve 1 star! I trusted them to do an alignment on my car and I even left it there for almost 4 hours! This company charged me for a service they did not do. My tires were brand new!. Now because of these scammers I have to purchase a whole new set. Do not trust your vehicles with them you'd be wasting your time and money. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I bought 4 new tires and they didn’t replace the valve they told the first time me when people new tires they replace the valve too but they didn’t so I have problems on my Christmas trip cause that ‘ they even scratched my old tires I’m not recommend people to go that place

Never go to this place to get an alignment or anything else what’s so ever these guys don’t want to do their job i went in for an alignment they stripped my bolts they broke my tire rod ends and they tried to charge me $150 for an alignment after all that happened the guy that drove my car burned my clutch broke my side skirts and they needed four guys to do a 15 minute job and took a whole hour
