DO NOT GO HERE!!! They sold me a tire with 2 bald spots, that went flat less than 50 miles after they installed. Unsafe Bad Tires!

Went for quick a patch and rotation… Employees beat and scratched my special order wheel ripped inside thread to sports tire wall. I could hear and see them from the entrance beating on it, I played calm and collective waited and hoped for owner to maybe come up with a solid agreement or solution. Owner took 6.5 hours to resolve issue I didn’t want to conduct business or even see them after they promised to make it all right.. employees clearly admitted fault. I attempted to make a deal and take the cost of my new damaged wheel. And owner take responsibility for the cost of two new sports tires to have them installed elsewhere since some of us do like our vehicles do run to specs and as should with even quality tires… owner rudely denied said he wasn’t covering any cost and instead was gonna make calls and get get me one tire leaving my ride uneven and not cover the wheel damage… later employee points to a sign where they’re not responsible for any damage ,when they clearly are a tire shop. Pics attached to review with some pictures. So after 6.5 hours of waiting patiently giving them the benefit of the doubt I left with my rim no money and sour taste in my mouth that a business would work so unprofessional and get away with it. I went to discount tire on cactus and the 51 their manager Justin couldn’t believe the damages had me in and out quickly with two quality tires within less than 30 min I highly recommend them. From llantera azteca I couldn’t even receive an apology all I got was just questioning the damages trying to point them at me when the employees clearly claimed responsibility. Do not go to this place if you expect a quick good service. The lady manager who happens to be the owners wife, was polite but avoided the situation by leaving quick and stating the owner was busy after I waited for 6.5 hours. Then the owner Omar jr who the neighbor had no problem stating how they avoid them because of how problematic he could be told me it’d probably be impossible to reach an agreement with the way he conducts business. So to sum it up omar jr was very rude and trying to solve things by his rules after about 1000$ in damages that were supposed to come from a simple patch and rotation. Do not risk it if you at all care for the condition of your vehicle.

Don’t have proper equipment! if you are getting tires removed from your wheels you will have them scraped

Karen was so nice! They fixed my tire and was fast, and reasonably priced. Karen had her little dog Max with her in the office, he was such a sweet little guy. I highly recommend Azteca tire. Thank you Karen🙂

Do not buy tires from these people! They say there are one year warranties on their tires by the manufacturer but when something happens let's say you run over a nail or anything you got to pay for them to patch it and balance it all .When there's uneven wear in the center of a tire which I don't even know how that happens being usually when a car is not aligned it wears on one side of the other, that still doesn't constitute anything under warranty even when you purchased them 60 days prior and barely put 1500 miles on them. So what exactly does this manufacturer warranty cover absolutely nothing buy tires from a guy pedaling them on the street before you buy here!

Highly recommend! all my friends and family comes here often. They are super sweet and helpful. They have great used tires and new ones as well. I got used tires a few months ago they said the price depends on the condition of tire so I haven’t had any problems with mine! Great price for them including installation and balance. For new one the prices are really good to! They have all labor included with that and also a one year factory dysfunctional warranty!

Horrendous customer service. Nobody in the office, so I waited for the one vehicle being worked on to approach the tech and ask if they had a used tire in the size I needed and got a response of "...maybe". He turned to who I assume was another tech and said something. Other tech goes to the back so I wait, thinking he's checking. Another person pulls up and he and the original tech start chatting, did not appear to be a customer. The tech that went to the back comes back out and also proceeds to chat with the other two in the empty garage while I'm just standing waiting for some response which never came If you don't have what I'm looking for, cool just tell me, but that was very unprofessional.
