No recomiendo este lugar. Me dieron muy mal servicio al cliente, me contestaron de mala gana y no me quisieron dar precio ni estimado de lo que buscaba porque aseguraron que yo no sabía nada de estas cosas. La persona que me atendió fue muy grosero conmigo y terminé yendo a otro lugar. 0 estrellas.

pullup at 11:45, dude says hes got 2 new tires thatll fit, let it be noted its only one car being worked on by 3 gentlemen, so i tellem yea lets do it the 2 new tires, so they jack the car up pull the back 2 off and they go inside and disappear, and i work at a tire shop myself in mckinney, i know how long it takes to break down a tire and replace one, so i walk in the shop, 30 minutes later, theres a dude at the de-bead machine, scrolling thru his phone on facebook, with my 2 tires and rims full of air still, aint even pulled the air out to debead the tire, so i get back in the car make a phone call whatever, i come back 20 minutes later into the shop, tires still there, so then im like ay man what the hell i gotta be to work man, i never mentioned it kuz i never thought it would take and hour and a half, so I asked the dude what’s the hold up he told me that they had to send a guy to the warehouse up the road to pick up my tire and I was never made aware that the dude was leaving to go get my tire and at this point my room in my tires are separated and on the ground so I can’t even leave to go somewhere else stop been there for about 20 more minutes before they finally come with my tires and put them back on

Dice que es 24 horas y es mentira yo vine alas 12:30 am y estaba cerrado. Con conos en la entrada. Pediría de favor que quiten que es las 24 horas por que recorrí 8 mill con la llanta súper baja era la más cercana por que decía que estaba abierto

Today I came and I asked for a used tire since I had an emergency with my truck They showed me a tire I was technically wrecked And they told me that the cost was $70 at which I had a heart attack (sarcasm) And then they showed me a supposedly good one for $108 Knowing because I am a truck mechanic That a new tire is worth $130 well.... I left, I went to another place and they gave me a better tire for $40!!!

Pulled in here at around 7 PM on a Friday after destroying 2 tires on Capital Ones notoriously bad parking lot. They replaced both tires with high quality, low price tires. They obviously take pride in their work, and I was so happy with the tires I came back the next day for the other 2. They didn't have them in stock but got them in within about 20 minutes. 360 for a new set of quality All Weather tires on a Ford Focus. Like most of these small tire places they prefer cash. I have had horrible experiences at Discount Tire, and refuse to go back. Do yourself a favor, support the little guy and buy your tires from here.
