I've seen such horrible customer. Honestly I'm not suprised since I'm vietnamese and this is a common occurrence within our people. I came in for a new bumper due to a car crash. I waited for 2 1/2 weeks because they couldn't get the part which I understood. But when I went to pick up the car with my father, he asked how the accident happened. After my father told him the story he replied by POINTING HIS FINGER AT ME and said" Its always the kids that vote for Biden" He said this in vietnamese and ge knows I understand him because I spoke in vietnamese to him. That was offensive and rude. It funny how they treat Americans differently from their people. He talks like that when. my bumper light isnt even secured properly.

Bought a battery here 2 1/2 years ago and the beaters is dead. Called them for the warranty, and was told there’s no warranty? The battery is a 3 year replacement battery with a 2 extra year prorate. Guy tells me “can you read, read the battery”. Dude is a straight joke. Said he will sell me another battery for 170 then midsentence, “160”. Also he doesn’t tell interstate batteries anymore so no warranty lol. Then gets upset at me because i asked him to atleast give me a prorate. Then tells me to call interstate myself and get the battery lol . Cmon dude

I went to Linh’s Auto for an oil change and a tune up. Mr. Linh took the time to explain the difference between the prices of an oil change and different types of tune up based on the mileage of a vehicle. He allowed me to go to the back to see as they worked on my vehicle and confirm the parts and oil being put on my vehicle were the parts I requested. Thank you Mr. Linh for sharing some of your knowledge with me!
