Overall, we are happy with the service and repairs. As someone not experienced with car repairs, there was some information the staff could have provided that would have helped me prepare beforehand. It also would have been helpful to know that if I paid in cash I would have received a discount.

Took my 2012 Chevy Cruze for a broken knock sensor and had to drop it off a day earlier and it was done a day earlier. Quick, cheap, and the man that checked me and was nice efficient and even told me what had went wrong when I changed my own oil. I’ll be coming back for any further maintenance.

Had a great experience at Lincoln Auto Repair. Braden was extremely professional and helpful. The guys were upfront and honest, not to mention very quick especially considering this was a random emergency situation. They had me in and out. Pricing is fair. This is now my shop of choice.

I walked in off the street with a strange request to press the hydraulic lift cylinder out of the base of my office chair so I could replace it with a new one. I had spent nearly an hour beating on it with a mallet and even trying to press it out with a floor jack and the side steps of my vehicle, but not even a budge. A quick trip to to the hydraulic press, 2 1/2 tons of force later, and viola, the cylinder was free and I was back on the road home to be comfy in my office chair again!

The place does a great job. They even called me when they found a concern that needed repaired. Yes it wasn’t expected but glad that they were able to get my vehicle in and done in a day. Will be back!!

This is not about the work on my car but rather the customer service. Check engine light turned on, so I took it here to see if it’s what I thought it was (gas cap issue). Walked in to their waiting room, where there was 4 people (2 staff, maybe 3). They were talking about steaks and where to buy meat and I figured they would wrap up in a few seconds to help me out. Nope, they just kept on talking for what felt like at least 5 minutes while I stood there just waiting. Eventually, the guy behind the counter was like “give me a second to help this guy out” turns to me pretty annoyed and asks what’s wrong. I tell him what’s wrong, and in a pretty snarky way he says “I mean, we can pull the codes but that’s not gonna help”. He then has the other guy in the lobby come check out my car. This guy pulls the codes and I explain to him my gas cap situation and ask if it could be my gas cap. And pretty annoyed he gives me a “I mean I guess it could be but I have no clue without running a diagnosis”. Do I know much about cars? No. Do I know much about obd2 codes? No. But I’ve had this problem for a while and everywhere I’ve ever gone to get the check engine light checked out with an obd2 scanner have all been much more polite about the whole situation. Again, 2 stars for the customer service, not the work on my car.
