Best place if you're looking for honesty and affordability! Friendly staff and great customer service. Plus, they can work on warranty work and are often way more affordable than the dealership, they don't try to oversell you- they simply tell you what's wrong and what needs to be done.

Roger was great. Got the brakes changed on my car; he was honest with us about % of what was left on front and the rear brakes. Was nice talking with him.

Someone told me to take my car there and I checked Google reviews great reviews but for me bad experience told him to check out my car see what’s wrong with it and give me an estimate next thing I know they put a starter on it without my permission and charge me almost $600 Then find out it’s the flywheel to bring it in And they will make it right I bought it dropped it off Sunday supposed to be worked on Monday and told me could I come back December 5 at this time it’s been about a week and a half So what I’m trying to say if you need your car work done right away this ain’t the place and the only reason I gave it a star is because I couldn’t give it nothing else

Great prices and honest people! Quoted me $680 for repairs, and I told them to go ahead. Called me later and said it wasn't what they thought, and it only cost me $139. I know way too many places that would have charged me the $680 anyway. Nice to have a place where the people have integrity!

I have had two sets of brakes put on my vehicle and both of them were terrible.The rear brakes I had put on at Lilly auto makes it feel like brand new again,keep up the good work!

I would recommend this mechanic shop! Very honest people. Good prices compared to some other shops I’ve been to . Did a great job fixing the few things I needed done! I’m a woman and they definitely don’t make you feel like I have no idea what I’m talking about. I mentioned something I thought was wrong on my car and they told me I didn’t even need that fixed. Most places would have just replaced it or agreed that it was an issue . They’re a business but definitely not the type of people or shop that take advantage of anyone! I couldn’t be happier with Lilly’s auto and will definitely be coming back to this shop in the future!

I've been working with Lilly auto now for almost a decade. Roger is honest and straight forward and more than reasonable. If you have a issue go to Roger at Lilly Auto and you won't be disappointed!

I've seen some terribly inept & incompetent so called repairs from that shop! I wouldn't let them touch a TRICYCLE!

Lilly's Auto is absolutely amazing!!! Great Service! Super Friendly! Great Prices!!! Needed wheel hub assemblies asap and last minute and they were able to squeeze me in and get them done! I'm new to the area and this is 100% my new go to shop for all my auto needs!!!

They charge you for labor that I had a truck that has a radiator put in and it's supposed to add transmission fluid and didn't have no transmission fluid I had to add 6 quarts of my own then they want to argue the point with you

At first I was so grateful for the people at Lilly Auto. They were super nice and seemed knowledgeable. Then..... they kept my car for a month waiting on a part that they ended up not even replacing. I told them 3 times that I needed a rack and pinion which they said was not the issue. FINALLY they admitted that I needed a new rack and pinion. They offered to give me a discount because of all the issues I had with them (there were more than I talked about) and I have yet to be able to get ahold of them since. Roger is a nice guy, he really is, just not a good business guy.

Roger runs a heck of an outstanding business here! Staff is very attentive and thorough and give honest feedback about what needs to be done. Not pushy whatsoever. I'm so grateful I found this lil GEM of a mechanic business! Bonus: the shop dog (Chet) is a great.way to pay time while the vehicle is diagnosed!❤️❤️
