I have been going to Stan over 8 yrs now and I would highly recommend this place in Burnet Texas. They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely affordable. You will get the best big name business with lots of small town love for people. Would only take my car or truck to Stan and Jason without a flinch. No other car repair comes even close to their knowledge and down to earth fantastic service and people!

These guys are great! Honest guys that love working on cars. I had taken vehicles to them 3 times where they did a diagnosis, and then did not charge anything. Recently needed my AC checked out. They replaced the compressor at a very reasonable cost and fixed a shifter problem they noticed at no additional charge. Its not hard to see why they are a busy shop!

Can't express how grateful I am to this shop. Great work at a reasonable price. Customer service was so refreshing; friendly, and kind to a clueless customer! My Jeep is running better than it has in months of visiting another mechanic.

Awesome mechanics. Stan and Jason are quick and efficient. AND Jason is THE Alignment God! He's super quick and really good at communicating with his customers. Burnet really lucked out when he left Wagner's and came here!

I got quoted for 1600$ to do my truck an he fixed it for $40!! They are very honest reliable fast. I drive all the way from another town to them. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I stopped by Friday, Oct 27 (about 15 minutes after closing time) and asked the owner - Stan, if he could repair a broken, metalic clothing rack. He COULD have said, "Sorry, we're closed", but he did not! "Lemme take a look", was his response, and he proceeded to fire up his MIG welder and about 2 minutes later handed me the repaired part!!! I asked, " how much do I owe you?" He said, "No charge", but I insisted and stuffed a $20 in his hand. THANK YOU STAN!! I would trust this gentleman and his crew with my business!!

I broke down in the area and was towed here. I can’t say enough about my experience. He wasn’t scheduled for the day, but happened to be there and he got my up and going within an hour and was as nice and accommodating as could be. I couldn’t expect better treatment if he were a family member. If you’re unfortunate enough to need service on the area, GO HERE!!!!

The folks at Lewis automotive have always done a great job for me. I have taken my trucks and my son who has passed away now used to take his car to Stan Lewis for a few years and we were always very happy with his work until recently. The last two times I took vehicles to Stan Lewis, it turned out to be nightmares. I took my truck in for brake replacement and the mechanic told me there was no need to replace them. About a month later, I noticed a grinding sound and went back. Stan said that the rotors were rubbing. He put on new brake pads about 4 months ago and now the grinding sound is back worse than ever!!! The other time, he told me to drive the car I called him about for some reason I don't remember. I did drive the car and it broke down a mile from home and I had to have it towed to his shop. Over the course of the next two weeks he told me I'll take a look at it today, 3 times! He NEVER did look at the car so I had it towed to the shop across the street and they proceeded to start the car without checking the fluids and blew the engine completely and told me that there was no oil in the car. My question was; "You professionals" didn't check the fluids BEFORE you started the car?!!! But I don't blame them. I blame Stan Lewis because HE lied to me 3 times about taking a look at the care "today" like he said he would. I use dot think that Stan Lewis was a good man. I don't think that anymore. :(
