From my experience, Levi’s Auto is a trustworthy shop to take your vehicle. I had a sensor issue, and the team there went above and beyond to make sure the issue got fixed. I spent a few hours inside the waiting area, and hearing Levi interact with his customers & crew further solidified my respect for him and his business. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

While moving our daughter from Seattle to South Carolina (July 2024), we discovered a screw in one of our tires. We arrived at Levi’s Tire & Auto at 8 a.m. and were out by 8:45 with a patch/plug. The price was comparable to what we would have paid back home in Milwaukee, WI. Our experience perfectly reflects the reviews for Levi’s Tire & Auto: excellent service at a reasonable price.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from this company. During my visit, the owner charged me $185 for a service that involved removing my oil filter, installing a new one that I provided, and topping off the engine oil with additional oil that I also supplied. This experience has led me to question the integrity of the pricing and service practices at this establishment. Given this encounter, I have decided not to return to this company for any future automotive needs. I had previously considered bringing multiple vehicles for service; however, based on this experience, I will seek alternative providers who demonstrate more transparent and fair business practices.

Came in with a nail in tire big o was forcing to replace all 4 tires came here they fixed the issue. Will come here all the time for tire needs!

After driving through some bumpy ruts and rough roads -we were hearing a clunking noise and were very concerned about having a problem as we continue our travels beyond GTNP. We called local dealers explaining our circumstance and concern for safety reasons but were turned away. Levi’s not only immediately put it up in the rack -they also took it for a drive. They also tightened the lugnuts and assured us that all is fine with our car. Highly recommend!

Traveling solo, I popped a tire in Teton & rolled in on a spare. These guys did everything in their power to get me back on the road, even calling other shops in town to try to get me a tire. Ended up having to overnight a tire from SLC. They were so kind, helpful, and never made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of (which could have easily happened in this situation). Highly recommend these guys if you have an issue while in Jackson!

Had a leak in our tire on vacation in the Grand Tetons. Levi’s was able to get us all 4 new tires and on our way in just 2 hours! They made it super easy and smooth, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Had a panel under my Prius come loose on the highway on my way to Jackson. We needed a quick fix since we would only be here one night on a road trip. Levi’s tire and auto fixed the panel in 30 minutes and charged reasonable rate. We were so relieved it truly helped us out so much!

I was refused an oil change at Jackson Hole Express for a minor oil leak. These guys were able to squeeze me in for a same day service and had me in and out in 20 minutes for half the price I would've paid otherwise. These are nice guys that do great work and I'd highly recommend.

There was no need to change the tire. It will take 10 minutes maximum. And they said, I don't have time. I see everything there wasn't much car. They say come tomorrow but I have to work I'm in this city for the first time I work in the States I carry cargo when it was necessary they didn't believe it was very bad STAY ALWAYS PEOPLE WHEN A PERSON NEEDS HELP HELP

Genuinely the best team and group of mechanics across the Teton and ID valleys. Super efficient, honest, and kind, so if you have a tire or car issue like I had, I'd try getting here first

Best tire experience I’ve ever had. In and out in well under an hour and the gentleman even patched our tire completely free of charge because he got our car mixed up with another customer since they were so busy. He apologized profusely and I tried to pay him anyways but he wasn’t having it. Levi’s Tire is a truly good and honest business.

Called in and asked if I could get on the schedule for a battery replacement for my GMC 1500 truck. The guy who answered was real nice and said if I could come in the next 15 minutes, he could take care of it. Awesome, I thought! So I hopped in my truck and drove right over within the 15 minutes. Walked in and told whoever it was at the cash register that I had just called in and was told I could get a battery replacement. He told me there’s no way they could replace the battery right then because there were only 2 of them working there. Living here, I know labor is tight in Jackson and that’s exactly why I called in to ask to “get on the schedule” for a battery replacement. I was pleasantly surprised they could do it same day. But alas, when I arrived, I was very rudely told by an exasperated employee that “there was no way he could do it”. He didn’t apologize for the change in plans, or offer an alternative solution. Maybe he could’ve said “Hey, sorry about that, we’ve gotten too busy in the last 15 minutes but let me go ahead and find a time on the schedule to install the battery.” Waste of time.

Had a tire blow on our camper on our way to Yellowstone. Dropped it off with the fine men at Levi’s, he said “give me 2 hours”. When we came back it was all done and he forgot to tell me a price beforehand, but I almost didn’t want to know since the prices are so crazy in Jackson. Turns out it was much less than I could have hoped. Great prices, super friendly and helpful staff, can’t ask for much more.

I am so happy I chose to go to Levi’s when my check engine light came on in the middle of my road trip. They got me in that day when everyone else told me I’d have to wait 2 weeks. They gave me an appointment time, but I showed up early because I was towed there. They got my car looked at as soon as they came back from lunch. I was in and out very quickly. Levi was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend going here if you need anything done.

I came into the shop three weeks ago for a simple coolant repair, the next week my radiator was mysteriously in need of fixing by the same guys, and the day after i get my radiator fixed through this company and thirty minutes on the road my car overheats and I now need a $10,000 engine swap. Levi couldn’t be more unprofessional and unhelpful. His entire business seems to be either scamming the area or having techs that are so inexperienced they would turn a $500 hose swap into a $10,000 nightmare. I hope nobody else has to go through what a horrible month this has been because of this business.

I love this garage, and each person who helped get me back on the road. My brake calipers froze at the end of driving my 24' motorhome across Teton Pass. Every garage in town was full for a month... including Levi's. They said to bring it in for a look, I limped in slowly, and they confirmed that it looked like the brakes. They kept my vehicle, and in 48 hours I was good to go. They were sooooo busy, but graciously helped me out of a potentially bad situation. And their prices were fair. Highly recommend them for skill, customer service and fair pricing.

I needed an oil change before heading back to the Philadelphia area. My husband saw that Levi's got good reviews, so he told me to go there. I called, and they could get me in so I went immediately. The man running the desk was very up front and honest with me about the cost and the length of time, and I appreciated that. They also checked my tires and other stuff. They did a great job and finished my car in the time promised. And, we have made it as far as Michigan, and everything is running great!

I was on a road trip, and concerned about my alternator. Levi took the time to talk and discuss my concern. His advice was that it was safe to keep going, and he was 100% right! I was able to drive another 300 miles to get home with no problem. Once home I had the alternator replaced and all is well. Thanks Levi!

While in Jackson, WY on vacation I noticed what appeared to be a leak coming from underneath my Infinity SUV. After checking several areas of the vehicle and speaking with the Service Mgr of my Infiniti dealership, it appeared it was nothing or perhaps some condensation from the AC. With being 2500 miles from home I wanted to be sure it wasn't anything connected to the brakes, so I drove to Levi's and ask them if they had time to take a look. I'm not sure if I spoke to Levi or who it was, but he told me they'd take a look and let me know. I left the vehicle and stopped back a few hours later for an update. The mechanic had just finished and told me that the brakes were fine (at least 50%) and that he did not see anything leaking from the vehicle. The point for my review is that all I was looking for was an honest analysis and that's what I got. While we all hope for honesty when we visit a mechanic, I (or maybe many of us) have been given sketchy information in the past. For that reason I wanted to post on this site to let others who may be in need of a mechanic in the Jackson area, that I believe Levi's is a business just looking to do an honest job and receive fair compensation for their work. Levi's help put any concerns I may have had to rest and allowed my wife and I the peace of mind to continue on our vacation a long way from home. Thanks Levi's, it was greatly appreciated.

Jimmy was super helpful. We had a snow tire that went flat and he was able to order a replacement tire and get it installed in four days. I highly recommend Levi’s Tire and Auto to anyone who needs tires or repair work in Jackson Wyoming!
