Excellent service. Car overheated coming from out of town, this shop was the closest to us. The team stayed past their closing hours on a Saturday to ensure repairs were made so we can make it back home.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this place couldn’t go without mention. The owner Kath is unbelievable! Knowledgeable, courteous, sincere in her desire to help and provide the best service possible. We came in with a rented RV for an oil change. We knew nothing about the process, and ended up with the best possible experience, unmatched by any auto shop my husband or I have ever been to. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of any kind of service!!!

I'm a master mechanic from out of state...STAY AWAY. So I provide my own oil and filter when getting an oil change while on road trips. This place tried to charge full price. So I talked to the manager at the repair section, And he wanted to justify it with disposal costs. I explained I completely understand the costs involved being that im a master mechanic from Michigan. But there should at least be a small discount for items the shop isn't paying for. He was polite and thanked me for the suggestion. But still wanted full price. In my experience, shops like these will bend ethical lines and milk customers for all they can, all while making them feel like they can be trusted.

When I pay, $2,000 becomes $2,350，It cost $2,350 to repair the engine,When they got work done, I got my car back,Two days later, I found out that the engine had not been repaired，came back，got told its because other issues, need pay another $500, liar

Got work done, had issues, came back, got told its because other issues, but they apparently fixed it. Came back again, telling me I need to now replace the entire unit. I decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion, because at this time I felt like it was not my fault as they had been telling me. Second opinion said parts were installed backwards and nothing seems to be the issue other than they didn't install it correctly. The other company who did the inspection said I should get a refund. Went back to le-toy and they still refused to give me a refund. And told me I had leaks in my car they didn't tell me about. I have no leaks... if I end up having a leak now I swear I'm going to be upset. Please, take your cars away from Le-Toy. Deceitful people. Rude.

They said I needed a new power steering pump, it was a loose hose clamp. They said I needed a new rack and pinion, it needed a new rubber boot. Watch 'em!

This place will charge you as much as they can. Go somewhere else because they will make you go back for more repairs and not honor the warranty they promise. I suggest for customers to shop around and get quality service better than this auto shop.

Charged 1000 for simple oil pan replacement, put wrong kind of oil in my car. When I told them, they said my dealership was lying. They showed me how it wasn’t the right color.
