I had the pleasure of working with Nico at Tireless Schwab, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Nico was absolutely amazing—dedicated, detail-oriented, and patient throughout the entire process. The work was time-consuming, but Nico handled everything perfectly and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The level of customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and truly caring about my needs. I highly recommend Tireless Schwab, and if you get the chance to work with Nico, you’re in great hands. Five stars all the way!

I recently had an experience at Les Schwab Tire, and overall, I was pleased with the customer service. However, I do have one concern. When I took my car in for a tire rotation, I asked if they would also rebalance all four tires afterward. They informed me that they only performed the tire rotation because I hadn't specifically requested the rebalance. I believe tire balancing should be included with the rotation by default, and customers shouldn't have to think to ask for it. I ended up waiting for three hours for the rebalancing of all four tires. In my opinion, management should consider retraining employees to ensure that both tire rotation and balancing are standard practices, rather than requiring customers to request the rebalance separately. Thank you!

I am a Lyft driver, and I always get my annual inspection at the Natoma location. Les Schwab is definitely my preferred provider for tires, and any automotive needs they provide. They've always done well for me. This deserves a big shout out of thanks though. I need to get my Lyft inspection but they were not available on the date I needed, and Trina, helped me schedule an appointment for another Les Schwab location on Fulton Avenue. She didn't have to do that for me. She could have simply directed me to online scheduling and wished me a good day. Instead, she went above and beyond, and schedule the appointment for me, while we are on the phone, for the other location. This is the meaning of true customer service. Unfortunately, so many businesses are lacking in compassion and customer service. Thank you Les Schwab and Trina!

DUSTIN at the Les Schwab Northgate, is a hero in my book. As simple as it may sound, I needed my handicap license plates put on my vehicle. It was raining, and I can't bend over, i reluctantly asked if they could do it for me. He made it happen no questions asked. Thank you.

I called Nov 25, 2024, morning 8 o'clock to fix out my flat tire tire was not total flat tire keep air in I reached there 8.15 AM after 3hours waiting one black guy came out to bring car to inside those time tire is total flat I request to fill air and bring in service station He drove my car in service station. after 15-minute ha came to me and say I can't fix it He force to buy new tire I say I can't afford than he bring my car outside without any air try to smash my tire and say call to tow truck to get out than I call my friend to help my friend bring small air compressor and tire puncture kit we fill-up air in tire i saw a big hole in tire which was not before because early morning my car keep air inside almost 2 hours Anyway I fix my tire but this is very bad experience this service station

I came it to get my tires inspected which to me should be a routine job. After giving my information and being told it should be a hour or hour and half. I went to grabbed something to eat came back in almost two hours, and was told they were backed up now and it would be another hour before my car is even seen. I don’t know how your experience was, for me as a business owner it was very unprofessional and caused me time out my day I can’t get back….that’s my review!

Les Schwab was very helpful. I wasn't sure why the steering wheel was vibrating, but they said it was likely the tires were out of balance. In and out in 45 minutes and no charge.

TAKE PHOTOS OF CAR BEFORE DROP OFF Brought my NEW car in for a simple tire patch due to having a nail, dropped it off and when returned it had a huge scratch with oil on the right side, plus the rim on the tire repaired was scratched. Spoke with the manager had them checked cameras and coincidentally the cameras did not reach the area where my car was damaged! Still dealing with corporate and my car insurance definitely not going to let this slide.

Once again another stellar experience from The Northgate Les Schwab location! But, of course with Wes, Dustin and Trina on staff what else couple be expected except exceptional service! I've been a customer here for twenty years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else because I'd never get the same quality of care for my vehicle or be met with the same professional courtesy I receive from Les Schwab. The staff are great, professional and courteous. It's clear they love their job and take pride in their work. The waiting room is very comfortable, they have coffee, popcorn, vending machines and TV. I'm always satisfied with the service and that keeps me coming back.

Excellent service. Northstar smog botched a new rotor install and tried to charge me $60 to inspect their own issues that they created 2 months later. Something was obviously wrong by the sound. I took it to Les Schawb Northgate and they did the inspection and fixed the plate all for free.

Excellent service. Woman at the counter was super friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They were SLAMMED this morning, and she still kept her patience taking care of several people at once, constantly. She updated my information, helped me with my tires, and I watched her handle a confused customer with grace and kindness. I've done reception before and I'm sure it was overwhelming at points, but she didn't show it or let the customers feel it. Les Schwab also has free WiFi for their guests so I was able to get some work done while waiting. The gentleman who checked me out was funny, charming and kind as well. They were fast, efficient, very kind and extremely affordable. Thank you very much! Raises for everyone!
