I came here on business from Idaho. My brakes needed replaced badly so I dropped my car off at Les Schwab to have them replaced. There was an error in communication and the only thing that was done was a brake inspection. When I called at 5:30 to check on the status of my car they told me that my brakes needed replaced and I was like yeah that's what you were supposed to be doing. Long story short they were not done but they stayed until almost 8:00 that evening and put my brakes on. I was so impressed that they went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Thank you guys so much you guys are awesome!!!

In one word "Awesome" this shop and everyone that works there is "Awesome", from Customer Service, Personal Attention, Professional Work in a timely manner. I take my 3 Cars there for service and I am happy with all the work they have done from Tires to Alignments to Brakes they do it right the first time. I would highly recommend this location to service your car needs.

Came here to buy a tire for my suv. Front desk girl wasn’t able to look up the tire on the spot, which literally would have took 2 minutes to see what they had in stock considering she was already standing at her computer!! Instead I was asked to leave my suv there while I received a call back with the tire info. An hour later I get called and they say they can’t sell me one tire and I had to buy all 4 tires because the suv is an all wheel drive vehicle. I was then quoted at 900$ for 4 tires before taxes. That’s some bs!!! The thread on my other tires are like new but the bs they tried to feed me was insane. Dissatisfied with the costumer service and lack of intelligence of this place

Horrible customer service by rude person named Colby. Les Schwab will try to scam you, telling you tire rotations are free once you purchase tires through them, but then make every attempt to charge you for that service. Horrible customer service on top of being a rip off, find another place to have your car serviced!

Took a wheel and tire in that was flat for a repair. Tire had a 1" slit in the tread area with plenty of life left in it. Dropped it off so they had plenty of time to take a look at it. Got a call telling me the tire was no good. When picking up the tire I noticed they had never removed the tire from the rim to properly inspect the actual damage. Took it to another tire shop that removed the tire from the rim and the damage ended up being easily repaired. It is truly ashamed since we have a company account there which we will never use again. They have lost an account since they didn't want to remove the tire from the rim for a proper inspection. Buyer Beware.

Brought in a brand new wire wheel for a nail repair. Mounted it back on my car. Next morning it was low again. Checked the tire and noticed they put a plug in it. Dismounted the tire & dip it in water to check for leaks. Noticed it was leaking from the wire wheel nipples. Right away knew that their tech damaged the silicone seal around the rim. Called them to tell them what the problem was & they were no help whatsoever. Denying that they damaged it when my rims were brand new. The guy Colby who I was speaking with wanted me to bring in the damaged rim so he can look at it. But the rim was already dropped off for repair. I have the paperwork stating the rim silicone was damaged & even that wasn’t good enough evidence for him to do anything for me. Won’t be doing any business with Les Schwab again. I recommend for anyone with wire wheels or Lowrider not to take your rims in here for repairs.

I had a bolt in my tire, so I stopped in to get it checked. Luckily, they were able to remove and repair it for free. I'm glad I didn't need to purchase a new tire. Matt, the manager, helped at the end and was great. I will definitely be back when I need new tires. Thank you

When you purchase tires 5 start but when you need your tires rotate or fix a flat they tell its going to take 2 hours ☹️

I got my alignment done here a couple of days ago. The tech didn't even tighten the nut on the tie-rod. I checked it for Hand-tightness and it broke loose. I drive my child around in this vehicle and they failed me on safety! On top of that, I have a puddle of coolant in my garage. I'm getting my money back. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

I took in my Lexus HS250 for the strut mounts to be replaced then to the dealer for the struts themselves. The dealer informed me that the after market mounts Les Schwab installed were mounted incorrectly and had to be replaced. I've tried several times to speak with a manager to get some type of refund and I have never received any call back. Not sure if they're waiting for my warranty to run out but they definitely do not want to try and help me out. I would be very cautious with getting any work done at this Les Schwab.

My family has been using Les Schwab since their first store opened in Oregon! 6 generations and still the same quality service, even after the family sold it! Rarely do you find the same quality of service after a mom & pop franchise is bought, but you will here. In fact you might just find it a little better and more affordable! Pricing is very competitive, especially when you start adding all the EXTRAS that Les Schwab does that you won't get at other locations. Road hazard warranty on every new tire included! Free replacement or prorated based on wear. Free tire repairs for EVERYONE! QUICK pull-up service when your tires need a top off of air. FREE freshly popped popcorn in the lobby! Nice clean waiting area. Lots of other things as well! You're lucky if you see one popping up in your area! Far better than any other tire company out there! This place actually treats you like they want to earn and keep your business! Not like the ones that act like you owe them for servicing your tires! Great tires as well! Very reasonable pricing! They can even order special tires for you... Like tractor and motorcycle!
