Disclosure: haven’t gotten my tire replaced here but would come back in heartbeat due to excellent customer service I came in to get my tire checked out. Nathan was exceptionally helpful and saw I had a flat but they didn’t carry my size/model. Not only did he delay his lunch to help confirm all the necessary info with my dealership but he also got his colleague to help me put on a spare. I am getting my tire repaired at the dealership this time but I will definitely be returning for future tire care because I am truly blown away by the commitment to service.

Such great people and service. They are there to serve you and service your car. As a female senior citizen (85), I can rely on what they do and what they recommend. I have used Les Schwab in other locales over the years, and they have all been quality businesses. Consider yourself fortunate if you live near one to service your car. Highly recommend the one on Sandy Blvd.

Took my 94 toyota pickup in a for a pre-trip check. Took about 1 hour. One of the techs there has a very similar truck and gave me a thorough rundown of what he saw/recomended. The guys working here all seemed in good spirits and care about the work they do. Appreciate the level of service, even when getting something for free. Keep it up guys. Thanks!

I was there for a wheel alignment because I just replaced my front suspension. The waiting area is clean with free popcorn and coffee. They checked my wheels, and they were within spec, so they didn’t adjust anything. My total cost was $0. They didn’t even charge for the inspection. Definitely 5 stars.

Incredibly nice and thoughtful. Pulled up with what looked like a sidewall tire puncture but they were able to remove and replace it and said it was on them. Will absolutely be coming back. Thanks Nick!

They fixed the valve stem and put air in all the tires to the right pressure and did all this at no charge!!

Impresionante la atención al cliente, me atendió Seth y desde un inicio fue bastante amable, estaban extremadamente ocupados y apezar de eso, el me atendió muy cordial y eficientemente, uno de mis neumáticos estaba bajo por una posible fuga de aire y el se tomó el tiempo de asesorarme, además de dar solución al problema, no dando excusas y ofreciendo soluciones, muy recomendable el visitar esta sucursal por el buen trato y atención.
