This is the only Les Schwab I’ve been to, but both times I’ve received honestly perfect service from fast, professional people. The first time I came with a flat, I had just visited a local tire shop who said I needed a new tire and of course recommended I swap them all out to avoid uneven wear. The rep at Les Schwab took one look and told me he could fix it immediately, and that he’d hate to see me buy new tires for no reason. That fix was on the house. Now, two years later with a fully destroyed tire, I’m getting one replaced and the entire process took 20 minutes. These folks are serious!

Though they aren't a full service garage, everything they do handle, which is much more than just tires, they do quick and with professional service. I go there first if it is something they can do. I trust their advice and have never been disappointed at any work they've done on my trucks since the 1970's.

Cheap made in china tires, my son got 4 new tires 2 months ago and two of them have blown out.. had a front tire blow at midnight last night coming home from work. I would not recommend them.

So frustrated by the absolute lack of transparency from this shop. My husband and I popped a tired travelling over the mountain from central Oregon to Portland. My husband dropped out truck off shortly after they opened today to have the popped tire fixed and the spare replaced with a newer tire. They told him it would take a couple of hours. We have to head back over the mountain today so we wanted to get it done as early as possible to not have to travel the mountain pass in the dark in winter, especially with our toddler. He called several hours after dropping it off and the person said that there was still 2 other people in front of us. A few hours after that now about 3:30 pm he called again and was informed that they were just pulling the truck in because they had to wait for the new tire to arrive (NOBODY TOLD MY HUSBAND THIS PRIOR TO THIS 3:30 PM PHONE CALL) it is now 5:30 pm and the vehicle is still not done. We are now forced to do a 4+ hour drive over the mountain in the dark so that my husband can get to work tomorrow. If they would just been honest when my husband dropped the truck off this morning we would have found somewhere else to go that could have gotten us in quicker.

Went to this location for a flat fix and am ELATED with the result. The team inside the storefront was so lovely and they got me all set to hit the road again! There was a bit of a wait (approx 1 hour before car was brought back), but that was expected and I did have an appointment near the end of the day. Will be recommending anyone with tire needs to go here!

Honest people. Thank you. I went in after spinning tires and few times on simply driving out of places with a grandmas foot and figured i needed new tires but the tire guy said "mam you have 80% tread. Who told you that you needed new tires." I said oh I just thought they were going bald because they were spinning a few times after my kid drove it for a few weeks. I was happy to learn that they'd rather I not spend money if I don't need to.

The last couple times I’ve gone to this location the service has been pretty bad. They supposedly checked my brakes and said they were good, but I went to my dealership and they measured the brakes and said they were nearly worn out. When my tires were changed they filled each tire to a different pressure. They also argued with me about doing a split payment. Poor service and I won’t be coming back.

Best to go somewhere else for a flat tire if you don't have 2+ hours to kill. If you have an appointment, your golden. But if you get a flat, it's best to go to the next closest place.

It was an ok experience. As for quality, we’ll see. With an appointment it still took 2.5 hrs, the selection of tires was slim, seemed like all no name brands. I recommend shopping around if you have time or aren’t sure anymore about Les Schwab. I have no idea.

Les Schwab in general is the absolute best, and this location today was especially great. They always find a way to work with you in difficult circumstances and I appreciate it so much. Thanks y'all!

They did the absolute bottom of the barrel bare minimum, which isn't even enough. I schedule an appointment for 9am for new tires, readjusting my tire pressure monitor system, a new battery, and an alignment. They only gave me new tires, nothing else I requested. It took until 10:30am for them to bring my car back to be serviced. At 11:30am they brought my car out and told me it was finished. Almost 3 hours of waiting later. I asked if they installed a new battery, and if they did the alignment, and if they readjusted the tire pressure monitoring system. The person looked at me and said " oh I see that listed here. No we didn't perform those services. It'll be a 2 hour wait for us to do that today. Are you willing to wait another 2 hours?" I asked if there's any way for it to be done sooner. They told me I was put to the back of the line since my car was just serviced despite them making the mistake of not doing all the services I requested. I asked if they could just complete the services for my car really fast, and if I could be the next in line. They told me no that I would have to wait 2 hours because of their mistake. I was so pissed I just paid for the new tires, told them that their service was terrible and left. If I were to have waited it would have taken 5 hours to put in new tires, readjust the tire pressure monitoring system, doing an alignment, and installing a battery, which is entirely unacceptable. I'm never going to this location again.

This shop always gets my car taken care of quickly and Riley was honest with me about the timeframe and what to look for when I asked for an unneeded repair recommended by another mechanic, rather than doing something my car did not need. That kind of honesty is huge and can be rare, and has definitely earned my business and recommendations to others for this shop. He still put air in my tires :) THANK YOU!!!

I guess you need to schedule when your tire will get flat to get a service! Walk in with flat tire, waited over two hours. Got bumped 20 times for people with appointments. Better designation on the work space and organization needed. Rude, unapologetic and no compassion at all…

The best service with the best warranty on tires!!!I’ll never go anywhere else after the great experiences I’ve had. I’ve unfortunately had two flat tires since I purchased new tires from Les Schwab and they have provided such excellent customer service every step of the way, and even go so far as loading the spare tire and tools back where they came from in the trunk. This is top-notch customer service folks, ESPECIALLY for the industry!! Knowledgeable, insightful, and understanding staff that ask and listen and care about your budget/needs is how I would describe the help from the awesome staff. Felt good to work with LS staff with their understanding and accommodating approach at every step of the way!!!

Had to get some air in my tire after it'd been sitting all summer, drove up and Jacob immediately jumped in and filled the tire, and proceeded to check them all to make sure we were ready to roll. Very kind man, great service still after taking my cars there for the past 25 years.

Even with an appointment time for tire rotation, wait time is far too long. I had an 8:30am, was here early but still waited 45 min (from appt time). I need to find a Schwab

I thought I was going to have to pay $425 for a new tire, but went to Les Schwab and got the screw out and patched for $0. Couldn't be happier

I brought my van in to rotate the tires and get a new battery. They looked it over, did the tires, and said the battery was fine. NO CHARGE! Best tire guys in Oregon bar none!

Good shop. Friendly staff. I bought a set of soft rubber winter tires here and they have been great for 3 seasons of winter driving. I just replaced my aging 3 season tires with a new set. It took about 90 minutes, cost was reasonable,.and they gave my dog tons of treats and belly rubs.

Great experience here, they took a giant bolt out for free. Also noticed my alignment was off and got me in for a next day appointment. So glad places like Les Schwab are still around town!

Very rude tried to make up that due to previous damage to ky vehicle they would not work on it....when multiple other les schwab locations have....this is the worst service I have ever received from this company and and will never return to this location

I have Les Schwab change over and store my winter and all- season tires. When my winter tires went on, one of the sensors stopped working. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but they took care of the sensor that had broken during the changeover! Appreciate a business that takes accountability and makes things right.

Just amazing customer service. I told Les Schwab that Toyota on Broadway was rotating my tires at every appointment for past two years, informed me that I needed to replace all tires, and Les Schwab was honest that my tires are still good! Thank you for the complementary service!
