Showed up with a battery that was under warranty around 2:30 pm on a Friday. It wasnt busy, there were two empty bay doors. Was told it would take about 30 minutes to and hour and that there were 2 batterries that need checking before mine. A friend brought me there becasue my vehicle could not move due to the dead battery. We were told we could leave and I would be called by a service associate after the battery was checked. I went home, because my friend had something to do, and I waited until 5:30 pm. Nobody called me....at all. I called them and asked where it was at in the process and was told it was not checked yet and also that they did not have that battery in stock (a les Schwabb branded manufactured battery) and they would have to get it in the morning from another service center or I could go get it myself (even though I only had less than 30 minutes to collect my dead battery from them and go and get to the other store before it closed without a vehicle.) The very next morning 8am - I call les schwabb to see where my battery was at and was told it needed to be replaced (duh) and that it would be around 11-12 noon until they were able to go to another location to get that particular replacement battery. I finally got the replacment warranty battery after calling them at 11:30am. The worst automotive center experiences ever.

These people deserve a medal of excellence and honor. Almost got stuck in Portland out of my hometown and they were able to get me back on the road for a reasonable price

The customer service here is great. Didn't charge me for a tire patch, recommended a great tow truck person. I'll definitely come back here if I actually need to buy tires in the future. Thanks!

Booked an appointment online, knew the price/items I was paying for before entering the building. Took 45min, they gave me info I already knew about the car so no b.s. definitely trust this place. Would recommend to anyone. I love that the tires are warranty per mileage unlike some places

The service was a 6/10, and they overcharge on all the tires they have. I highly recommend bringing your own tires, like I did. I saved a whopping 50 bucks per tire (I ordered mine from TireRack), and I can’t stress enough that you should definitely avoid those budget tires. Plus, check your lug nuts after you get your car because on multiple occasions, they’ve come loose on me and a friend of mine. They did also snap two studs on my wife’s vehicle. To be fair, they did fix it, but they didn’t tell her that they broke two studs and the studs they replaced were longer than the original, so two of her lugs poke out farther than the rest.

Integrity! My initial quote was ~ $1000 for brakes on my truck. The technician called, told me he was able to turn my rotors thus saving me ~$400 Their customer service from booking to close out was down right great. As a service industry business owner, I appreciate this en(tire) experience both as a customer and employer. Highly recommend

I had questions about my tires and their warranty. James helped me and explained everything. He was fantastic! He also said that I didn’t need new tires at the moment. This is a great shop and they don’t try to over-sell to their customers. Definitely the only place I’ll get my tires!

These guys are great! Friendly, professional, reliable. In the last year, they've patched two of my tires for free! When I need to purchase new tires, I'll definitely be heading back.

I have always bought my tires from Les Schwab but it seems they don’t honor their warranties or help customers any longer. I have been dealing with a leak in a tire I bought there for awhile (stopping to put air in it) and the tire is still under warranty. They kept my car for almost two hours, then called and said they “could not touch the tire” or repair it. I was offered $130 for a new tire for my older Corolla. I drove the car away on a nearly flat tire. Two hours lost and I got condescending customer service to boot.

I took my car here today to get my tire patched that had a nail in it. As I left I noticed the tire pressure was still a little low,but figured it would be fine... I went to run some more errands and a few short min later the low pressure sensor went on again! By this time I was pretty frustrated to have to go back,but they got me in right away and were able to fix the tire before they closed in a timely manner! A sincere thank you to all of the employees who work there for making things right and resolving my tire issue! I am a happy customer 😊

Trevor is amazing! I came out of work to find one of my tires was flat. I called the nearest store, and he was very patient with me, even looking up the exact address. He came out in less time than expected, and quickly changed my tire. I went to the store, where they quickly repaired the tire. Again, faster than time quoted. And at no charge. I was frustrated from trying find someone, hungry and crabby, but Trevor was continually polite and upbeat. Thank you!

Went here with a screw in my tire, was in and out in 20ish minutes. They plugged my tire for free and didn’t try to sell me a new tire. They have just made a loyal customer out of me! Will be going back when it’s time to replace my tires.

Not a dog friendly place, don't let that dog bowl in front fool you. Mike and Jack are liars and won't be anything else in life than glorified tire changers. Feel terrible for the wasted potential for the others that work there. Coffee was okay though.

Went in for a tire rotation before a large move when the manager, Randy, noticed I had a worn hub system and needed replacing. He was kind of enough to work this repair into his schedule and got me on the road promptly. Him and other team members were genuine, professional, and respectful of my time. Highly recommend this location!

Called for a quote bc I wanted to shop around and they sent me a handy PDF once I got off the phone (make sure you have your tire size handy). Ended up going with them, got an appointment the same day. I was in and out in a little over an hour. They were super nice and professional and there's lots of space to wait. The curb pulling into the parking lot is a low car destroyer, so you've been warned.

Les Schwab’s are always a positive experience, but this location is simply the best. Ask for Isa. I thought I was going in for a tire patch but ended up needing all tires replaced. Isa hooked me up with the best for my vehicle, explained the differences side-by-side and even called my manufacturer to confirm performance and installation guidelines agreement. She’s a rockstar. I left with a better vehicle than when I arrived, and that’s exactly how it should be.

The staff is wonderfully kind got a special order done for me we had to order a unusual tire size . The tire was ordered ,put on the rim and put on my car within a very timely manner.
